Lifelong cov fan and a really exciting box to box midfielder who drives the team forward and has played in every position through the age groups
Best of luck to him PUSB
I'd honestly give him a new contract whatever league we are in next year.
There are some things you can't buy with prem riches alone and he possesses many of those qualities.
Pathetic

I completely agree, and would maybe even take it slightly further! Comes down to the judgement of the medical staff but I (and most other clinicians) agree entirely due to the importance of cerebral development until roughly mid-20s

Yeah correct it's more the development team players where it becomes a grey area
FA medical guidance is that fast track isn't to even be considered below 16yo
Sorry to hear that mate :(
It's such an important condition for everyone to understand - you get some moron fans complaining about the head injury rules but they are there to save lives as well as all they dementia prevention stuff. As you say it often just looks like a minor bump on the head...
Beautiful  I always had to follow the standard pathway with players in the academy as this was the pre-King days and enhanced care was a pipe dream
Be surprised if he's available tbh
Looked like a pretty definite concussion and it's minimum 21 days return to play (with various things to complete along the way) under the FA concussion guidelines if that's the case
Great attitude and clearly a leader but lacks the mobility and technical side of things that we require nowadays - Think he'd be an excellent signing for one of the lower-mid championship teams struggling for consistency
