A defender with leadership is what we need, its becoming difficult watching Kitching recently, his inability to head a football is a worry.

He's been unsettled for months. One of those guys that's great when the going is good, not so great when he had to dig deep, it's a shame as he has all the right attributes to make it to the top.

Let's make him feel welcome, lads, please. He needs a confidence boost to get him back on track. He'll excel under the right sort of coach. Trust me.

Expect a very busy week ahead. Lots to be positive about and a couple moving on. Looking good for the 2nd half of the season.
