Maybe he will tell us about the one stop trip to Mars and all of SISU will be off there.

Seems an ideal opportunity to hold a proper and meaningful demonstration against an individual who has orchestrated our decline and demise since the moment he got here. All the protest groups should attend invite or not.
Who gets an invite by the way ? I bet that prick Pete from Styvchall gets one. Will it be on radio.

Not sure of the criteria for an invite. I'm a member of Club Coventry so maybe he thinks he's in for an easier ride. Him and Fisher keep a low profile on match days too now so can't wait to seem him wriggle out of this. Hope Eakin isn't there to deflect any awkward questions!! I'll be taking Phil with me.

I think anyone who goes to this needs their heads looking at.

Its obvious they are rolling him out to talk his usual bollocks so try and bring the fanbase back on side, they can see the crowds dwindling and are using the good old PR machine to try and interact, fuck going to this with that clown speaking out his arse, hes one of the main reasons we are in this mess.

Ask him why he is still hanging around and how well his tenure with Charlton Athletic went and why he believes he is the right man for the job in terms of player recruitment even though he allows Pressley to act like he is the one making the decisions to save face with the fanbase.

Ask why SISU is ignoring the wishes of 80% plus of the fans who want rid of SISU. (Guarantee he will dispute the percentages as inaccurate representation)

Can he explain this?

http://www.coventrytelegraph.net/sp...ws/callum-wilson-cash-reinvested-back-7387302

Especially the bit: 'Coventry City development director Steve Waggott has pledged that all the cash from Callum Wilson’s transfer to Bournemouth will be re-invested in the club'.

Talking of Pressley, Waggott stated: 'If he feels there is a player within that budget that can strengthen the squad that requires a transfer fee, then we will pursue that player'

Have we paid any transfer fees? Of course, there might be salaries; but I can't see any of the players coming in would be on much more than £4 to 6K per week (£200 to £300K per annum); so where's the rest gone?

He did state: “On top of all that, the money helps us in the medium term, too, because it means we can invest even further in areas such as scouting and development". Isn't the c.£900K needed for our Category 2 academy already half-funded? Is the Wilson money covering the half that's not funded for us?

Can you, in really simple terms, explain where the £3.5m has all been invested in 'the club'?

What is our sell-on expectation if Wilson moves for a sum in the region of the reported £15m?

Why wouldn't they? I honestly don't know what people expect Sisu to do (and yes, I would like new owners)

"Oh no the SBT poll came in.....it's ok Timmy your job is safe but they want sisu to sell the club"

"What was result?"

"80% of the 600 people"

"Omg that's huge, we must call joy right away and arrange for a For Sale sign to be put up...."

The reality is that we've probably not even seen half of that fee yet.

They like to demonstrate they got a good price for a player but it comes back to bite when the cash isn't immediately realised.

I thought it was £3m but we only got c£2m up front?

So £500k academy? How much to pay northampton to release us from the contract?
Tudguy, jackson, johnson, pugh, o'brien, nouble, swanson, martin on what £3.5-4k pw (c£1.5-1.7m) we've brought others in too. Signing on fees, agent fees, loan fees, etc

Surely that's irrelevant, i.e. how much of the fee we are in possession of? We haven't paid significant agents or signing-on fees, that I'm aware of, so the only outgoing could be replacement player's wages. And they're phased over contract, so would fall in line with subsequent tranches of the Wilson money.

And if it's all wages - as per the list offered above - that would mean that the Wilson money is, in effect, funding the largest majority of the playing staff's wages; and that the wages from the missing players such as Clarke, Moussa, Baker, Christie, Murphy, etc, etc are genuine reductions in squad expenditure. You happy with that?

and in fact - even the average gates were planned at northampton - so we actually have a surplus on gate receipts versus original plan for this season

I'm not happy with it but then wouldn't be happy with the club being further indebted to SISU. There are too many unknowns to really get an idea of how much, if any, of the Wilson money has been reinvested.

Do you think they've taken the fee out of the club?

I'm not defending SISU or Waggott here either before you go further down that road....

I've tried doing the sums on last year and this 're the squad and I can make them stack up pretty much
But that comes with a few salaries in the Murphy Baker Clarke region which Is odd as we couldn't! afford them
I'm also wary of both board members bigging up the cost of loans, something they never felt the need to mention last year

No, I don't think the Wilson fee has been withdrawn, no. I do think it's being used to cover losses that a reduced turnover has left us with though; some of which is fall-out from decision-making from our owners, which successive judges have ruled was aimed at distressing ACL to their own financial gain. I find that, in the face of rather disingenuous claims from Waggott a bit galling if truth be known

I would imagine that money is "funding" the club ie paying wages of players staff etc. Previously in the past SISU "seemed to put 3 to 4 million in the club (loans or otherwise) I would suggest that this year the Wilson / Clarke fee, FA Cup money has replaced that.

As for the sell on, Telegrph reported it was 10 % of the fee which is over what Bournemouth paid, eg if they paid 3 million, Chelsea pay 15 million, 12 million difference, we get 10% of that.

Money that has come in over past year. Arsenal gate, Wilson fee, Clarke fee, Christie fee, Sell on fee for Jutkiewicz, season ticket sales of 4500 ish, insurance pay out for stolen shirts? Surely 7 or 8 million coming into the club. Has this all been invested on playing side?

Yeah but about £2M of that was used to mitigate last years losses that Joy said those wealthy backers would fund
That leaves about £5M for this season

Got the chance to meet SW through the London Supporters Club - personally don't see the point, much like simialr meets with TF in the past. If these people don't know wha the overwhelming majority of fans think by now then there must be something wrong with them.

No chance. Some of that money (arsenal/clarke) was last year for a start so would have helped fund operating costs losses last season, and our last season at the Ricoh - 11k average, c10 extra cup games including 2 big away ties - arsenal & tottenham, selling keogh, bigi, payments for turner and Gunnar (cardiff promotion), compensation for Robins leaving, etc all of that our turnover was only c£6.5m.

And of course money has been invested into the playing side, do you think the players play for nothing?

Money has been reinvested from Sales of players and gates,, but i also think money has been taken out with Consultation fee's and management fee's... Plus SW and TF will be taking a decent wage!!!.... Terrible people to have near a club ,, Charlton proved that and we are the next in line for the deadly duo to create havoc....

How about "Where do you see us being in 5 years?"
Follow that up with "And what is your plan for getting us there?"

Well I see Steve working his socks off to get us into Conference North, this club as I've said on numerous occasions has to be rebuilt and we carry on with our plan which is a secret

A lot of people talking on here about where the money has gone. That is really none of our business. A company can do anything it wants with the money it receives so long as it is within the law. However, that said, I doubt whether the current income is enough to cover stadium rent, player wages and other operating costs. Any additional income would go to SISU as repayment for money loaned to CCFC to cover the excess of expenses above income. I would imagine some interest rate would be added to the money loaned.
