Never say forever , because just like that things can change , and we might finally have something to shout about , its hard to imagine right now ...but never say never

and if we win???

Play offs here we come!!!

I always thought people throwing their shirts or ST's onto the pitch was a spontaneous action done in the heat of the moment. Had no idea at all that some people pre-planned these things in advance.

Mate if your walking away forever after 48 years then go out with a bang fuck the S/T in presssleys face (would of said fishers but he probably won't be there) do it in style and make a statement

Another deserter
I think after 48 years he can hardly be labeled a deserter. Done his time and seen us win the 2nd division and the FA Cup once. The rest of the years have all been a struggle - unless you count escaping relegation on the last day of the season ten times a success -
No not a deserter, a realist who is totally frustrated at the ever downward spiralling decline of our club and someone who is making a personal gesture.
Fair play to him.

It's all sad really but just walk out and say that's it. Making a drama out of a crisis isnt the way. Were Skyblue through and through it's always been shit in honesty but let's just hang on a while as it seems to me our owners are on the verge of fooking off.
Hope we win we need to stay together just until the season ends then set fire to it if it hasn't changed!

Reminds me of a particularly poor showing against stoke during a night match in the early 80s.
Hundreds of scarves rained down from the west end onto the pitch to show their disgust.

Agree we need to win but it is suppose to be pleasure, entertainment and a break from work and the wife etc.
I am 53 and have been following Sky Blues since I was 6. Had some great times but now it is just frustrating and no pleasure. If our glorious owners cannot be bothered, then neither can I. Will always be " City till I die" and all that stuff but not going to spend £1,500 a year going to the Rioch to give money to a bunch of faceless owners who care no more about our history, passion and feelings for the club than I do about Aston Villa and Leicester Shitty.

If the owners do fook off I can't see them doing it without a shot in our direction. If the OP really is going to keep his promise can he tell us what block he's in?

No need for that, I'll have it. I'll just get some ID with Mr Mole on it for next seasons renewal though !

Might be wrong here, Ash, but I would put my money on his actual name not being Robbie T Mole to be honest.

what makes you think that ?. I can only see another 3-5 years of litigation and a downward spiral on the pitch, as long as we break even so it doesnt cost them anything to own us.

So you expect most owners to agree to making loss do you?

No, I didnt say that, but then you know that dont you !.

The club to our owners appears to be a side story which can be even more sidelined if we break even and it washes its face. We will keep reducing costs as income reduces from revenues with very little attempt to encourage an increase in revenues by engaging with its customers !

Robbie - why not sell it instead - I'll give you............(hmmm :thinking about:thinks of the poor defence, boring football, lack of passion, quality of a 'squad' made up of loanees, youth team players and freebies.....) Forget that - THROW IT ON THE PITCH!!!

Why don't all those who have a season ticket who refuse to go, send the ST to the FL and tell them to sort this shit out of unfit owners.. Sisu are killing the game for thousands on a weekly basis, a game the FL promote. Throwing a ST on the pitch although i understand the frustration, has no effect on the owners,, but if the FL had a more than a few ST appear in the post with a few reason's why they might start asking questions...

Those who refuse to go, maybe a standard letter signed by the individual sent to the FL, asking them to find out how Sisu plan to run the club with falling gates, no proof of new stadium and falling playing standard which all could result in with lower income than they currently have..And before i get jumped on ,,, i don't think the FL will do anything but at the minute like SISU they are getting away with not answering important questions about our future...

What do you want/expect the FL to do really?

SISU are paying the wages and are abiding all of the rules. No laws have been broken so they can do diddly squat.

FFS someone shows some passion on here and they get accused of being a 'drama queen'.

yes lets all do the sensible thing and sign a standard letter and send it to the FL (who could'nt give two fucks anyway).
