Sorry to mock but there's a new rumour on GMK that Sandra Garlik and her Sixfields commitee / Posse after several meetings and exstensive research have picked out curtains for the new stadium !

Rumour has it that the house of lords has been booked as venue for the JR.
Sisu require the extra space for their world record attempt of 1000 lawyers employed for one case !!!

John dont give up the day job for a stand up career.

You do know that even the Sixfields posse, like you, also support the club? (before you ask no I have never been)

Anyway I am sure you do know they are fans too, now you just need to up your game a bit for the Britain's Got Talent audition ;)

If they were that worried about it they would have paid the £29,000 well before it got to court.

The first day they lost their attempt of getting 290k out of a charity. The second day was trying to get information they can use in the JR. The last day is where things will get difficult for them. So if they think that they will be ordered to pay it why do the third day? Even the costs would be lower unless they think that these costs could be put partly to Higgs and not have to pay them all themselves.

Morning all! Ready for another day of arguing over legal details none of us understand?

I'll be up for it. Not really had a look at this thread yet, but I'll give it a read through and be back to slag a few people off later.

I'll be focussing on: Grammar, overuse of exclamation marks, poor sentence structure and people answering a question with another unrelated question.

I'll let spelling off today as it's a long thread.

Yes I fully understand Moff.
And I look forward to the day that all ccfc fans are equal again !
I just had a mad hour in response to some of the rubbish on this thread.
It happens to the sanest of us at times.

I just hope that Fisher is there to get questioned. And if it is OK to question about a balloon being put on a car it should be OK to be questioned about financial matters. Maybe even about the structures of how our club is run. And he won't find it easy to ignore questions or change the subject.

On that basis you'd have to hope Mr Labovitch would also be questioned.

Whilst it will be nice to see SISU found against in this case, I do hope that nothing here will help them in the JR i.e. fact learned or the need to raise their game by sacking their legal eagles & replacing them with better ones...

Our only chance for a viable future as a club is to go back to the Ricoh under non-SISU ownership and a CCC win at the JR is the only way to ensure this.

Even if that did happen then there's no guarantee. There's no way to ensure anything.

Personally I don't care who "wins" as long as we go back to the Ricoh.

Interesting theory but if course a rejection of a voluntary CVA is often a catalyst for a company going into liquidation. Remind me, who rejected it that could influence that decision?

That's a preposterous insinuation. Given the other parties involved and vested interests in the administration process, liquidation would never have been an output. The CVA was rejected, for reasons discussed before, plus the ambiguities relating to the momevent of assets

So why do you side with Sisu because of whats gone on their tactics. Its impossible for them to achieve a return to the Ricoh ?

I dont side with sisu I side with ccfc which is why I still watch my team play. I dont side with acl or cc either. Which is why I dont care what thd outcome is as long as we go back. If that means sisu get the Ricoh on the cheap then fine.

Take your point, but from what I've heard so far I still can't really see what the charity have done wrong. On that basis I hope they win, so that they can at least recover their costs.

What really surprises me in all this is how broad the scope of the case is - it's going far beyond the six-week exclusivity period. That's good, imho - it means we're learning a lot more about what's gone on.

I'd like to see someone from SISU on the stand now - will Fisher be called, does anyone know?

That's an incredibly naive view. How can you not care? Surely now, you can see it's the only ambition of our owners, and the football team you purport to care for is but an expendable pawn in that ambition!?!
