Grenduffy....I have to say, I am very envious of your superior IQ you were bragging about....

SBK, it is quite obvious that you are envious of him.

You are probably also envious of his £100k+ a year job and his urbane lifestyle with his "drinking colleagues", amongst whom he is obviously considered as something of a luminary.

On the other hand, you might think he is a sad sack of shit whose only pleasure is to post endless bollocks on internet forums.

Do you think its not important then?

That figure includes everything going on at the Ricoh not just our matchday Pie money. It's such a crying shame that Sisu didn't choose to buy the Higgs share and as a result we have none of the revenues from the Arena and are stuck in Northampton waiting for Sisu to either build this mythical stadium or throw in the towel.

The idiotic thing is it was all set up for us to be part and possible full owners of ACL and for less than our current debt level. Yet we're not, we're homeless and taking legal action against the one bunch who actually gave a sh1t about us - the Higgs.

When I first started going to Highfield Road I doubt it would have added up to a Grand a Game. I can not imagine that HR income for Pies was a million even at its peak.

So to state the bleeding obvious the Catering side of things is not selling a few pies at half time, or beer for that matter.

When I last looked Arsenal had tickets available, for 600 a pop in their hospitality suite, that is where the money is.

Food is a very small margin business, especially where you only operate for a few hours every couple of weeks. The big boys I think make 5% if they are lucky on turnover.

Buying back the shares the club sold for 6m would not give us the revenue from 'pie money'.

Sorry, I've not seen the info on that, do you have a link? At the very least it would have given us two seats on a board made up of five people. That would have given us negotiating power, i.e. 40% of the votes and if we could have convinced the independent director that's 60%. We could have had something changed in that case.

Instead they hire a top QC to 'present their case in court' ...
