No Its more personal than that. Its against ACL/CCC and I believe US.

This Is designed to consign us to the netherworld of the Pyramid for not Blithely going into the Cesspit with them.

I do not believe this is personal or emotional, they are a faceless Hedge Fund that do not care who they upset as long as they achieve there final goal, which i believe is to buy into the Ricoh.

Fair enough. Do you not think though that staying at the Ricoh is the most important thing for Coventry City, regardless of how that goal is achieved?

Of course it is, by now moving out who actually has won. Everyone loses.

I would have begrudgingly put up with SISU as our owners if we stayed at the Ricoh and a lot of people probably would have done the same. I weren't planning on going anyway due to other commitments. I'd still want them out of the club even if they stayed in Coventry but at least we'd still be here which is why they have to go and now.

Well "they have to go and now" isn't going to happen. So, the most important thing is to stay in the City regardless of how we make that happen. Nothing else matters.

In Tim Fisher's own words it is a 'done deal' so they are not going to stay in the City and so far there aren't any concrete plans to return to it. Until they name a site, planning permission is granted, construction is completed and we are finally ready to move in I fear will could be playing non-league football. That is why we need some new twist, something to come to light to prevent Sisu of going through with their plans. What that twist is I wouldn't know but at the moment there is no hope to cling onto

That "twist" is up to ACL. They can either say "have the stadium" or something similar. Or they can try and keep into admin as a groundshare cannot go ahead while we are in admin. It's in the lap of the Gods, PWKH and Ann Lucas.

Are you really saying they should be given the stadium?

Dead right!
the Northampton Chariman today said there are ways out of the deal (4mins in here), the only people that can make this happen is ACL/CCC.
They have to put a realistic proposal on the table!
They cannot delay it by refusing the CVA that would only lead to Liquidation
with us playing in Northampton and a 15pt deduction!

:pimp:

they are stuck between a rock and a hard place though. Accept the CVA and they will be seen as giving up and letting the fans down. Reject the CVA meaning more point deductions and remaining in Admin and under a transfer embargo and be seen as holding the club back from being able to compete. They need to decide which is the lesser of two evils. I wouldn't want to be the one making that decision!

Actually, no I don't agree. I think this is now easier for them. Reject the CVA and they will be heroes to many, many people.

I think Sisu have underestimated how many fans will blindly follow them !!
If we don't follow to northampton Sisu are finished simple !!!
The only way the club has a sustainable future is CCFC and the Ricoh unified !!
Sisu can not achieve this they have burnt to many bridges, so they have to go !!!

If it keeps Coventry City in Coventry then yes.

I would prefer us to be liquidated than hand everything over to them for nothing. At least we could start again and would have a ground to play in.

Hes just thinking about himself as usual. Yes let's hand over a multi million pound complex to a faceless bunch of crooks for free just so it doesn't spoil some people's Saturday afternoon routine. Id rather liquidation and start again.

I dont think they have uderestimated anything, as i said in an earlier post, they have set this course for one reason and that is to force ACL, CCC to the table, with SISU holding the upper hand. CCFC is just a pawn in there acquisition of the Ricoh.

To some people yes but others will then shift the blame onto ACL from Sisu's doorstep. Grendel and a few others have accused me of being an 'ACL supporter' but I have stated on quite a few occasions that they have played their part in this mess. I know it's a 'what if' scenario but had ACL not originally filed for CCFC to be placed into admin what would've happened? Would they have found the common sense to get back to the table and negotiate? Would Sisu have been more susceptible to sell the club? Would Sisu have focused the funds they clearly have on purchasing the Higgs share? I'm not entirely sure ACL thought it through properly and as much as I hate Sis and I basically think they are a bunch of crooks they have remained, at least in the business world, one step ahead. I do also believe that SISU's own greed and inability to connect with supporters will be their own downfall. Their continued arrogance and disregard to the fans is utterly deplorable and that, amongst other reasons, is why I won't give them any of my money.

Well, there you go.

But you would prefer us to die from a thousand cuts. We just keep going lower under them. How many years of going lower will it take before they have finished with us?

We are now in admin. We are playing well out of Cov. Yet you still back them.

I remember when you were one of the most balanced posters on here. Have you taken a massive bang to the head recently?

So it's just me who has that "Saturday afternoon routine" then? If you get liquidation then I hope you're happy with your "community asset". You could always go to the annual ACL AGMs and cheer them along and the Council Committees in the Town Hall. Beats going to football, eh?

You'll be another one who's pleased that ACL have won.

How do you work that out. Moving OUT OF THE FUCKING CITY is dying from a thousand cuts. Staying in the City in the Ricoh is what this football club needs to survive.

I'm not backing SISU and I never have. I'm saying I would be prepared to have them own the Ricoh if it meant we stayed in the City.

Funnily enough I've felt the same about you and others. I see fault in both sides. You and others don't.

And you will be happy when we are Div 4.....or even non league?

They have turned us into an average Div 3 side. Yet you seem to be happy with this :thinking about:

And who has moved us out of Cov?

They got offered the ground for 400k per year. How much will they be paying Northampton? How much income will they lose from moving out of Cov? A lot more than 400k. Yet you say it is still a good move for them. And you then expect people to take you seriously :pointlaugh:

What?! And you seem happy to liquidate and start again. Surely you realise that we would be "even non league"?

And why am I happy with being in L1? Where have I said "I AM HAPPY BEING IN LEAGUE ONE BECAUSE I THINK SISU ARE WIZARD"?

And you will be happy when we are Div 4.....or even non league?

To be fair Astute he doesn't come across as being happy with any of this. If he was happy he'd be saying he's going to watch us at the Sixfields. I think Torch gets some unnecessary stick on here at times. I don't agree with getting the Ricoh for nothing, at the end of the day people would lose their jobs and their livelihoods should come before football

They moved us out of Cov because ACL refused to deal with them. Mutton refused to deal with them. Idiots wrote to the Council begging not to deal with them.

And yet again, you put words into my mouth. Where have I said "it's a good move for them"?

I'm far from happy with it. However, he seems quite happy to make stuff up. Nothing I can do about that. I'm done with trying to reason with him.

a few of fishers comments for those that couldnt listen, will try to get as much as possible but will just be quick notes as i listen to his usual crap,

Fisher: will you explore dispute with ACL? back in feb no more negotiations get on with business and stop talking to ACL, there is regret and sombre mood at club, heavy heart we move, number of evenings spent with fans saying we will move, we were looking at northampton walsall and other clubs and did a deal with northampton, on the fans,

the fans dont want iot to happen respectfull of fans, club has to fufill its fixtures, ACL said we will only negotiate with LTD, not fisher otium, football leauge affraid fixtures would not be completed, its exciting new future stadium, show finacing for stadium, whers the money coming from? debt and equity, with SISU money (sisu money equity) various sources of debt and equity tyo do with terms of FFP rules, loan from hedge fund and external sources, normal way of rasing funds can not say how much we will raise, ground is moduler start with high teens capacity,

on fans let down from fans forum, fisher says unfair of fans to say he hasnt listened to them, option on playing at the Ricoh no option to play at the ricoh only the administrator has option to play at ricoh but he has no players, asked the fans they said stay at the ricoh and you have done the opposite, we have to protect the club, going to work hard to bring fans along, work hard to do good deals for fans on travel and tickets, will you get 75% to come out of admin? mentioning liquidation again if ACL do not approve CVA, Any future negotations with ACl, not a game of poker or chicken done the deal to move to northampton for 3 years with the option of 2 years after!!
The pathetic administrator had no players because Fisher and Seppala moved them from Limited to Holdings, anyone with half a brain should legally pursue SISU,s fradulent practices, or are they beyond the law

What I am saying is I can't understand how anyone would trust them with the Ricoh. The only thing we could trust them with is taking our club even further. Yet he seems to think giving them the Ricoh for nothing would be a good idea.

How many here can trust them with anything?
