So let me get this straight, a week ago we had a dispute (a big one yes), but we had a ground to play in and things were looking nicely poised for a late play off push.

Now, following ACLs ill thought out stunt (heads should role for that), we are in administration and are packing our bags, and people still refuse to criticise ACL?

All of them are culpable, SISU, ACL the fecking lot of them.

They should all hang there heads in shame. Upset is än understatement. sort THIS OUT FOR THE FANS. u bunch of greedy fuckers

Well what can i say at the last ever s o c meeting i attended I said we needed to get sisu out Jan and stubbsy insisted on working with sisu to get inside the club well as you can see the sky blue trust have actually done nothing to help matters, maybe an email or two to TIM fisher and coffee and biscuits in the boardroom to help themselves to limelight but in hindsight have achieved nothing so what are the sky blue trust doing now..........????????

Seems more than a little harsh to place much blame at their feet for this. What could they realistically do?

Who pulled the stunt of withholding rent for a year and refusing offer after offer on the table? This is so fecking unbelievable to get to this stage.

Totally agree, but that doesn't escape the fact that ACLs actions earlier in the week have made the whole situation a whole lot worse.

Like I say, they have all conspired in the hellish mess.

SISU have moved the goal post to suit them because ACL didn't give in they've spat there dummy out. SISU are mostly to blame for this!!!

From a mate on twitter:

Tim Fisher just walked in and tried to hand back the keys. Receptionist refused to take them. He slammed them on the desk and walked away

How else are they supposed to get the arrears? The club has been given lots of opportunities to pay up and ACL aren't even asking for it all at once.

The one thing you can't accuse SISU of is not giving in. They take 'not giving in' to a new level. JS is like a rabid dog that has just been prodded with a stick.

And as for throwing their dummy out the cot, I can make several nominations on that front from both sides.

But they're not going to get the arrears, and they have already stated they would not have thrown the club out.

So, now they will not get the arrears and it looks like they won't have the football club as a tenant either. They have played their hand appallingly. Not only that the club will have points docked.

Been saying it all day, they all needed to get back around the table and put their dicks back in their trousers. Some people were so blinded by their desire to get SISU out they have made the situation a whole lot worse.

I want SISU out asap, but this was never the way to go about it.

Fisher wanted the rent at £400k, he got it. Then he wanted ACL's share of F+B profit. He got it. He also wanted ACL's F+B revenue in total-he even got that.

Yet he still doesn't accept the offer and decides to voluntarily eject the club from its ground. His head should be on a rusty pike.

If you're owed £1.2 million and the debtor has refused to pay it after repeated attempts what else can you honestly do? The offer on the table gave the club everything it wanted bar repaying the rent-why shouldn't the club pay back, be it over 10 years or immediately, when the boycott had no legitimate basis?

It didn't give the club everything they wanted, they would have wanted to pay no rent at all. It was a compromise all along. Why it stalled on what appears to be a technicality only SISU can tell us, that I honestly don't understand, and for that clearly the finger must be pointed at SISU.

You keep saying 'what choice did they have'; well clearly they could have tried to continue negotiating, because the alternative (this is the alternative) was not good for anyone. Looks at what's happening, it's the worst of all scenarios.

An independent administrator has just said on the radio, quite clearly, that the net contribution from SISU since they took charge is £50 million. Did anyone seriously expect they would role over and do nothing while a external body tried to force them out of business having parted with that much money?

ohh listen it isnt as black and white as that.. using your exact argument in reverse, what do you do as a tenant when your landlord is taking the proverbial and charging you 4 times the going rate ??

yes they apparently got a the stages of negotiation where both sides were happy.. and the final piece in the jigsaw was ACL supplying proof that the F & B was bringing in what they said it was.... and ACL even admitted it hadnt got that info to the club as they should have.. so should they just take ACLs word ??

come on dont be naive enough to think all the blame lay at SISUs door.. both sides are a shower of !!

Where are they going? Surely they have an idea when they're doing all this?
