Transfer Rumour Ellis Simms Sale (4 Viewers)

[AOM]

Simms won't sign a deal, he'd be 4th choice! From his point of view, what would be the point?

Yeah, surely he'll want first team football at his age.
The only scenario I could see him signing a new contract would be if we are relegated and the other strikers were to generate more interest.

For any team up near the top of The Championship in January, Simms would be a shrewd buy. £5-6 million (as he's got 6 months left here) and you've got guaranteed goals basically. He started 16-17 games last season FFS and still scored 13 odd goals.

Any value in us loaning him out in January to the highest (loan fee) bidder?
