By the looks of it our incomings for the transfer window are over, now if you said to me 2 years ago we would be Premier League and spent £120 million i would of thought you were off your nut...but we are and have and for that i am grateful.

Here's the but, I dont think we have bought the right players, yes we needed the squad strengthening and we have done that but in my opinion we are still so light going forward.

Wright - injured may not be fit until 2027
Simms - Like him at times but cant see him scoring goals in the Premier League [ If he stays]
BTA - Not good enough at this level
Rudoni - Maybe 5 goals
Sakamoto/Tchaouna - Cant see many from this area.
Mason Clarke - 5 if we are lucky and stays injury free
Awoniyi - Not prolific and why did Forest sell?
Sherif - Unknown quality as yet.

So i cannot see where goals are going to come from.

This is my opinion and I am just going to enjoy the season...

Kitch is an interesting one. On paper, as alluded to above, chances are we'll need him in the championship next season especially with him having a new deal, that could well be the case.

However, we saw with Rushworth if you have a very successful loan, you get an affiliation with that club.

Why would kitch want to play for us again next year after we get relegated and saying "hiya Liam, we're back in the shit division now, so we'll pick you again"

Goes some way toward proving King’s point about loans tbf. Had to pay £22.5m just to have the same keeper we had last season in the Champ.

I agree, Tchaouna made some good recoveries in the first half and bailed Milan a few times.

He won a few of those by just bodying the Hull player around him, he was surprisingly good defensively.
