Leicester lose at home to Burton.
Aye we were shite.Boro Boro Boro![]()
Even with Vigil Van Malenda?Aye we were shite.
Dominated play and Blackburn were decent defensively limiting us, which you'd expect from a Mogga side early in the season. The real reason for our loss was the defence.
I think a lot of our problems at the back stem with having to persist with Ayling in a back 4 due to Jones not being fit to start and Phillips working his way back to match fitness unfortunately. As much as we hate it, we'll simply have to give them time. At least no one has pulled away yet after just 2 games.
Even with mate. Malanda's problem is that he can be great in a strong CB pairing, but can't effectively one man it as he gets overrun.Even with Vigil Van Malenda?
It’s a weird old league - hopefully Millwall manage to win it.Wow, West Brom hammered Burnley as well.
If you stay up, it's better for you if we win it, or at least go up (Though it's hard to imagine not one parachute side making the autos and we'd never win the playoffs as the curse of Wembley would strike) 6 points next season and all that. It’s a weird old league - hopefully Millwall manage to win it.
I was actually at the WHU game on Saturday - ended up staying with a mate in London afterwards who is a West Ham fan and had a spare ticket for the match so was invited alongFunny old game really. West Hams team that lost at home to Charlton looks way better than the Hull team that beat Man Utd.

Nah don't be silly. No style of football is unbeatable. It's also doing our disservice to our opponents they look different from last season under Mogga who I highly respect in the game, biased possibly towards him, but that's the way I see it. They should have won against Wolves too.Hang on? You cant have lost, Hellball is unbeatable no?
Scraped past Lincoln on day 1 aswell, standing by what i said last season, blokes a fraud and you lot have been blinded

This loss wasn't particularly on Hellberg though, I don't know what hatred you have of him. As much as I don't like to think about it, we're missing Fry at the back; a lot of our best defensive performances last season were when he played.
Phillips and Jones should be quite adequate to fill his void, but the Boro injury curse has part put paid to that, can't wait until they're able to start, either one with Malanda or both of them used. Instead we're having to persist with Ayling as part of a pair.
IMHO we should be playing 5 at the back until they're fighting fit.
It’s a long old season, 2 games is no sample size. You said that all last season aswell. At what point is it on Hellberg? His overall record with you is W15 D9 L10. Thats not the Guardiola levels you lot make out.
Youve spent big aswell this summer, if he doesnt have you top 6 at Christmas he should get the boot
got to count last season as well when he blew itIt’s a long old season, 2 games is no sample size.
He had a squad that couldn’t hit a barn door in all fairnessgot to count last season as well when he blew it
man is a fraud
that was looking good for promotion and then he took over.He had a squad that couldn’t hit a barn door in all fairness
If we're well off the pace at Christmas I'd in part agree with you, the only exception being if we somehow have half the first team out for a great length of time. You said that all last season aswell. The Xmas stuff is in Morrisons great if you want to buy mince pies that go out of date in SeptemberIf we're well off the pace at Christmas I'd in part agree with you, the only exception being if we somehow have half the first team out for a great length of time.
But the Christmas tat isn't even up in shops yet and we all know how early they like to peddle that nonsense.
