Inviting this festering c**t of rotting abortion piss into your club is unforgivable.

I don't care that Reform is a PLC, I don't care that he hasn't tagged the club in the post. If they invited him there they are in the wrong. If they didn't and they don't call it out as being unsolicited, they are in the wrong.

He is pure unadulterated evil and represents everything that is wrong in this country right now as well as being the main reason for it being that way too.

There is no place for this in football. Whether it is reform/tory/labour/greens whatever. Politics is so divisive, and supporter bases so diverse that as soon as shit like this starts happening, a portion of your fans will always feel alienated.

I genuinely feel sorry for those Ipswich fans that aren't knuckle dragging, racist, flag-shagging, homophobes that have to live with this skidmark of a stain on their club for the rest of their lives.
Well said 👍

At the very least if this is the case they should put out a statement saying that they do not, as a club, support any political party and acknowledge that anyone is able to book a tour of the ground, purchase replica shirts and take photos whilst they do so.

If they don't it's a disgrace.

Im sure the club doesn’t support a political party. This is a story only on forums such as this really

They should keep politics out of football, so I am not sure why it was seen as a good decision to be there. Just completely pointless and doesn't help anyone. I would say the same if it was any political party. You go to the football to get away from all that shit.

That said, the references to Reddit (one of the internets biggest cesspits) and all this talk about them being divisive - they are leading in the polls. There are reasons for that and scoffing at it is not going to help. Farage and co are a reaction. The cause of that needs attention, rather than just calling people racist and morons, which is what I am seeing on this thread. It is like people have learned nothing.

I'm sure they could have stopped it once it became clear that it was a stunt. And if they supplied multiple shirts with his name on the back then they were complicit.
"It's understood the Blues were initially unaware of who was taking part in the tour before opting to allow it to continue as planned once it became clear with representatives of Reform’s media team filming and taking photographs."

The irony of someone calling someone evil and anyone who follows a democratic political party various abusive words because they make out their the fascist when they are doing exactly what a fascist does.
keep politics out of football I agree but dont try forcing your political views on everyone else on a football forum like they are the saviour of the world as long as everyone conforms to your own views.

At least I can add him to my ignore list now

I’d like to think Ipswich fans do something about this at next home game… a far right football club is such a weird concept… fans come from all backgrounds, genders etc ….players from around the world… the flag shagging brigade can do one …

Do what exactly? Elect a reform MP like they did in one of their constituencies last time?

I have not much time for either, but Starmer is a devoted Arsenal fan much like Sunak was a big Southampton fan - Both should be able to attend in their private time should they wish and clubs are obviously going to put them in the directors box from a security perspective

For free? Corbyn refused when he was Labour leader and paid,

how is the PM being given hospitality tickets so he can still take his son to football games given he now can't use his old season tickets in anyway the same?

If Farage was a fan I’d assume you’d have no issues he getting them? Also he can pay.

They are also far behind where they should be given as of todays YouGov poll they are only 4 points ahead of a massively unpopular Government.

I guess that is why are trying shite like this.

Cute.

That is irrelevant, and doesn't answer the question.

Starmer accepting freebies may be an issue, but it's a completely different one to a football club allowing a politician to use them for a blatant publicity stunt.

It wasn't smart from the club, football clubs will have fans dotted all over the political spectrum and most fans just want to talk about football. This kind of thing gets fanbases arguing among themselves which you don't want really. However it is Ipswich who i can't stand anyway and not our club and this thread is just turning into another mud slinging thread. Again, there is a politics thread where people argue this bollocks all day. Spoiler - there is one poster you will ONLY find in that thread.

He was at the F1 last year on a freebie - and is at pretty much every England Cricket game at Lords

They all do the same

That’s not the point though. It’s fine if it’s consistent across the board.

We appointed a bloke who kicked the shit out of women and laughed at the victim. Hardly a great look either.

I am not really bothered what they do with their spare time, they are entitled to hobbies and interests the same as any person - They probably all get in for free, that is just the way the world is

I would be pissed off if we held a rally for any political party in the exhibition hall however and Ipswich fans are right to call it out

I’m sure they regret it happening but it would have been madness to stop it half way through
