If bet if he did come to us, and now was playing under Lampard, he’d be an absolute class act.
But he chose the wrong move, got barely any game time at a shit club, has been launched into another shit club, and is suffering as a result.
Football is all about sliding doors. Gyokeres a great example of how well it can work out, even look at O’Hare as an example of how it can not go to plan.

A move to us would have been perfect for his development, no doubt. He was touted as a rising talent at Red Star and I hate to see potential wasted in a young footballer.

Stamenic has had a good season for Swansea, he’d have made a good signing. We’ve moved on, he’ll remain in the Championship so no doubt he regrets leaving the club in the lurch.
