Are you a sandancer? I worked with one in Southend, season ticket holder at Sunderland & never missed a game, home or away, even missed birth of his son to be at 1992 Cup Final. I went to watch Sunderland at Southend in championship around 1997/8 with him and his friend, another sandancer who lived in Cambridge and my friend who was from Newton Aycliffe. When the 2 sandancers were talking he couldn't understand them either
