We have had posts on here previously wanting zero net migration. If we in fact get not only that but net negative migration, happy days surely?

If it comes to pass though, I expect it will come from increasing numbers of people emigrating from the country, more than decreasing numbers of people coming in.

I'm saying I don't want migration that won't ever be economically positive OR from cultures decades behind us.

People give it the doctors and engineers line to distract from a hotel or HMO full of Afghan / Somalian / Sudanese / Eritrean blokes with no intention of working or adapting to the UK culture.

It's non-comparable to somebody who goes through the legal channels .

Emigration up only 50k compared to the last year, and about 150k compared to 2023.

Number of Brits emigrating seems to be very constant. The biggest increase in emigration is from non-EU nationals.
