Like bsb said you look at Grendel post office hillsboro and sexual exploitation of young people in the care system or at church or grooming gangs and there’s a common disdain for people who are vulnerable and a belief in those in power or who have money that there morals are good and proper when they’re not

I know you didn't ask me, but it is a thought provoking question. I would have to be very honest here and say I prefer my dogs to most humans. I would put my life on the line for them. I think Grendel's point is a wholesome one, I was thinking along the same lines as well. I don't really want to get into the testing thing, or even the way so many animals are treated around the world, I genuinely find it all too upsetting. It is a cause I feel strongly about, so I can sympathise with some of the protesters with how they feel with their causes, and I do mean that. You cannot go round attacking police officers though. It made no sense to me as the game was up at that point anyway.

As I get older, the world just feels like a fucking horrible place to be honest. You would think with the UK being a more first world country that the standards would be better, but there are so many fucked up things happening here as well. War, perhaps not, but there are many despicable things going on.

My dogs are one of those things that just give you unconditional love. No matter how shit your day is, city lose, something bad happens, they are still all over you once you come through the door. Both of them are rescues, one from the streets, the other rescued from a gypsy camp where she was kicked around and beaten. I just cannot understand anyone that wants to hurt animals. They are priceless.
