Hope soAssuming they lose today Spurs will only be 8 points clear of the bottom 3. Could they go down?
Madness. It was ages before.Villa just had a goal disallowed as ball went out of play 20 seconds earlier & linesman missed giving a throw in. What a load of bollocks?!
It's crazy that they can check for things in the build up to a goal but not for corners & goal kicks that the referees get wrongMadness. It was ages before.
It just depends if they want the goal to stand or not and how hard they look. It's crazy that they can check for things in the build up to a goal but not for corners & goal kicks that the referees get wrong
To be fair if the ball clearly went out why would you allow the goal? It was 19 seconds before not like it was 19 minutesIt's crazy that they can check for things in the build up to a goal but not for corners & goal kicks that the referees get wrong
19 seconds is a long time.To be fair if the ball clearly went out why would you allow the goal? It was 19 seconds before not like it was 19 minutes
But the ball was out, people seem to just want to have have a pop at VAR.19 seconds is a long time.
If it needs var to check a ball going out at the other end of the pitch then maybe they need better linesmen.
Referee & linesman make plenty of mistakes but they are only checked when a goal is scored. I think if it's missed then so long as there isn't a valid reason for VAR to disallow the goal then it should stand. To be fair if the ball clearly went out why would you allow the goal? The replay didn't show it fully out either. But the ball was out, people seem to just want to have have a pop at VAR.
If you can see the ball was definitely out then there is no way you can let the goal stand.
yeah cause they are only checked when a goal is scored, there is just no valid argument for allowing a goal stand if you can see the ball was out. Absolutely none.Referee & linesman make plenty of mistakes but they are only checked when a goal is scored. I think they should only check what happens in the immediate build up play to the goal. As I said referees get plenty of things wrong. With what you are saying they could go back as long as they want to correct a wrong decision, I just disagree with that.yeah cause they are only checked when a goal is scored, there is just no valid argument for allowing a goal stand if you can see the ball was out.
