Last Penalty Given (1 Viewer)

I’ve said for a while refs need to study body kinematics as part of training because there’s some cases where a player has either blatantly not dived or blatantly dived based on how they fall that so few refs seem to understand.

Considering the one he gavee when their defender dived we just need to start exagerating.

One on EMC in the 2nd half & one on Thomas in the 1st both ignored yet invents contact to give defenders free kicks 🤷🏼‍♂️
He just dived to the ground.

The one in the first half on Thomas was in front of the lino as well.

goal disallowed when no contact Penalty not given when there was contact
Defensively we were rubbish, but the referees need to be held accountable

Accountable you have a laugh, do they even look back at the videos of their decisions.

Never at any point with any of the recent calls for a pen that Lampard mentioned after the game, did i think they would be awarded.

I maybe me making it up but they all felt like they were at pivotal points in the matches mentioned and the refs never looked interested in making a tough call like that at any point. Would we have got the pens if we were winning or losing or winning by a canter? I think we would have.

Looked again Hajis was another penalty that should have been given.
EMC got taken down but the ball was in the keepers hand.
I just think with Hajis it would have been a free kick anywhere else on the pitch.

At other end of pitch so not clear sight Of either.
Thought no penalty with Haji one…6 of one etc but then haji just in front as they fell…would not have been happy if we conceded that. V different for me than the Southampton shout.
Re EMC… thought if he went down straight away in challenge it might have been given but the short delay gave the ref a way out.

From where I was the Haji one was 70/30 in his favour. Their big lump was extremely clumsy and he took the feet away from Haji. Why would he go down when through on goal one on one.
The EMC one was the same as Hajis with the same lump being clumsy yeet again, but the ball had run off from EMC and was in the keeper's hands at the time of the incident.

This is quite interesting, four teams haven’t even received a penalty (Oxford, Bristol, Stoke and West Brom). Makes me wonder if refs have been asked to give less penalties this season.
Also interesting to note that Oxford didn’t get a single penalty last year either.

What's it like across the leagues?

Haven't seen yesterday's incident back yet. Heard both would be soft but hopefully it's all making future refs think fuck we better give them one sooner or later they have slot of examples of us not giving them
