Why is Van Ewijk on the half way line. Get some discipline

Frank Lampard said he's struggling with illness. Fair dues for putting the effort in.

Are we the only team with illness in the camp 🤬

Again, the NHS statistics say otherwise and the point was specifically in relation to flu and COVID. If it my point wasn’t right, these injections would be provided free as the vaccines you get at birth.

You’re not a medical expert so don’t masquerade as one.

To both of you, if it was essential everyone gets the flu vaccine, it’d be FOC for all demographics and it’s not. Just as measles, mumps and so on are at birth.

Anyway, we’re off track and fundamental point here is that we don’t need to force elite athletes into getting vaccines and they shouldn’t be punished if they opt out of it.
NHS trusts don't externally publish statistics of which staff are vaccinated and which aren't so any figures you've seen are guess work and nothing more.

You also can't have the full flu vaccine as a baby/child.

I wasn't commenting about freedom of choice, just about your assertion that non immuno-compromised people don't need to be vaccinated which is utterly wrong.

Guessing we will have a letter of some sort regards the Mêlée, let's hope Frank doesn't get summoned to sit in the hands.

Massive credit to the coaching staff, and not just for getting stuck in to them at the end. We were so organised with 10, clear that we've done a lot of work on that eventuality.

Also Andy Hinchcliffe is a fucking twat- 'har har Coventry haven't had any shots with 10 men, Bazunu should take his gloves off' etc. Wanker.
I have noticed Andy Hinchcliffe seemingly routing for us to fail. He is so negative in his commentary.

Get back on the coach lads, usually love a bit of afters but we can't loose anyone else!

With all the illness we've got you'd think the Southampton players would want to get off the pitch pretty quick.

Go on lads Cough all over them. 🤣

Can we Go unbeaten from here, only the six game's though?
meant the next 6 could really put in us in a great place ( not that we aren’t already ) why not go unbeaten, at least a couple coming in, we’ll get even better, can see boro falling away, it’ll be us and Ipswich

He deserves a lot of credit today, played v well and well up for the scrappy defensive part of the game.
Totally agree. I think the whole team played really well, I was disappointed, again, with Haji, but maybe I’m expecting too much of him.

Well idk yet, but I'm hoping Boro to hang on to us, for sentimental reasons really, and if it's Ipswich, after we've done them at home.

Guttsiest performance I have seen in a good while. Stood next to the home fans. Embarrassing from the adults 'supporting' the group of youths who were taunting the steward(s) filming and calling him a paedo. He / they could have pulled them at any point, but showed admirable restraint. Adults ( and kids) gave them sh@t loads of abuse ' get a proper job' ' paedo- Great example for your kids ( not). Well played the team though. Magnificent
This makes me mad.

I dealt with one drunk Ultras wannabe idiot at a local game here in US about 10 years ago who was taunting strangers by calling them child molesters. I had to step in on behalf of all. I'm not even brave or confrontational, but his behavior was beyond terrible.
Horrid.
And you said it was kids who were doing the taunting??? They (possibly?) had to learn that behavior from someone older.

A) most despicable crime possible
B) severely unfounded and irresponsible accusation against a total stranger doing nothing wrong; false acusations make REAL crimes harder to pursue
C) sets a highly irresponsible example of rhetoric (it is NOT OKAY "banter") especially among impressionable youths, adults need to be real responsible adults and put a stop to such immediately
D) in a large enough crowd, it's GUARANTEED someone randomly sitting nearby has been (or still is!) a victim of molestation, further victimizing them in silence!

not sure, can’t see them finishing above Ipswich, that would be huge beating Ipswich but a draw will do it, just keep them below us

Great result and performance - shame about JDS red, just mistimed but as a few have already said, he’s been excellent so far this year so will let him off. Really hope Brau starts on Boxing Day.

Pleased Lampard gives some back and also love that he hates losing so much - the mentality difference between him and any manager we’ve had in the last 20 years is incredible and part of what has taken us to the next level.

There is no reason not to get a flu vaccine. Or any other vaccine. You’ve just had your brain cooked on the Internet. You are not a doctor cos you scrolled YouTube on the toilet.

Idiotic comment. I told you earlier in the thread that I take the vaccines because I’m immuneo-compromised. Hence I got the COVID jabs on the 2nd/3rd wave and entitled to free flu jabs yearly. This year, I opted not to take the jab because I’d already got the flu around October.

If you want to pay for vaccine every year, that’s your personal choice but most younger people don’t need it because if they do get, they’ll be alright. The data is showing it’s the decrease in vaccine take up amongst over-50s is driving the issues in the NHS

These are collated surveys published on Gov.uk fyi. Not really ‘guess work’ but there’s obviously a margin for error. What the data does show is that take up is decreasing year on year in consecutive years.
