As you'd expect. I do feel confident about his leadership qualities.Doug told the forum not to worry all was in hand
He could be our Ross Barkley to Luton equivalent
he was the best player for luton that seasonThe last thing we need is a player living off his past reputation who no longer takes his football seriously.
But your not suggesting Barkley your suggesting a player that has had one good half season in 4-5 years.he was the best player for luton that season
Lingard is playing in the K-League, the standard is lower than the championship.he was the best player for luton that season
Doesn’t look like it what has been reported todayYou heard any more? Is it still a goer?
So we'll hear Haji has signed in short order .Doug told the forum not to worry all was in hand
It is still exciting to a point I think, it's the Schroedinger's cat of football.Doesn't feel that long ago trying to figure out who Trialists were was about as exciting as it got as a Cov fan
What are the rules on overage players getting game time?It is still exciting to a point I think, it's the Schroedinger's cat of football.
Still exciting. One club's average could be another club's Gyokeres. If they sign then brilliant. If they don't then brilliant as they weren't what we needed or wanted, or it was purely for fitness, squad rotation etcWhat are the rules on overage players getting game time?
It was a question about mve interestinglySo we'll hear Haji has signed in short order .
Unless there are replacements (who are upgrades) waiting in the wings, then all offers should he rebuffed. We're on the brink of a momentous achievement, and doing it in great style, why on earth risk that?It would need to be an eye watering amount for any of our first choice XI (except for Rushworth) to go next month.
That can't be right. You can get odds of between 25 and 33/1 for a Brentford relegation. At this point, it’s about 90% likely we go up automatically. At this point, Brentford have a higher chance of going down…
Statistically, the likelihood is that we’ll both be in the Prem. Brentford are 7 points above the relegation zone so they’re not exactly safe. It’s unlikely they go down because you’ve got Wolves, West Ham, Burnley and Leeds that look more likely to get relegated. That can't be right. You can get odds of between 25 and 33/1 for a Brentford relegation.

Back to Cov, the bookies will give you 1/5 for us to win the league and 1/25 to get promoted and won’t even take your money to bet on making the playoffs. At this point, the likelihood of promotion is 90% and above. Given Lampard has managed 46 games and managed 92 points, it’s just not likely we’re going to fall off that badly.
I thought Brentford looked decent against Arsenal midweek. That can't be right. You can get odds of between 25 and 33/1 for a Brentford relegation.
Don’t know if it’s been mentioned here, but have seen it elsewhere, Joeseph McCallum, one of our U21 lads, has been on trial at Chelsea this week and was on the bench for their U21’s fixture versus PSG.
Good question.DO WE TRUST DOUG KING TO BACK LAMPARD?
hes done so much good mr King.
He can undo it all if he doesnt back Frank.
It’s been discussed a lot because he apparently signed pro terms last year with us yet seems to have been nicked for free? Als the offal still had him as a city player.
Have you got a link so I can update the contract thread? Not that I don’t believe you just how I do things.
Can only find this, not being reported anywhere reliable
So hes still our player? But he’s on trial there? This confuses me so much.
He better be.If the right player comes along the club will invest. But Doug is trying to do business in private and professional way and agents want to do business in public to create interest. Both parties want the best deal so its not an easy thing to do. But im sure Doug is working on many deals including extending some of our current squad.
YesDO WE TRUST DOUG KING TO BACK LAMPARD?

He better be.
He can fuck up monumentally if he doesnt back Frank.
Manneh very central in a lot of these clips, looks like competition for Rudoni more than anything, although its good if he's versatile and can go wide too of course. Makes sense we are in for some mystery Championship winger too if @Jimmy87 is to be believed.
Probably won’t hear much more until the window opensNot sure what is happening with that Manneh. There was a lot of chatter, then it all went quiet. Not that there's necessarily anything to read into. That profile of player we could do with though. Still don't know who the Championship club is that we made an enquiry with.
You're probably right. Looking forward to seeing who we can bring in.Probably won’t hear much more until the window opens
