Seems to be an assumption these days that everyone is off between Christmas and new year. Last year I had to take an afternoon off when Blaze had a game scheduled on a non-bank holiday afternoon between Christmas and new year and I'll have to do the same for Ipswich. Getting there for a 7:45pm kick off after work is hard enough.Interesting to see what category Ipswich is classed as. Horrible kick off time & only being 3 days later than Swansea, you would like to think it would be as low as possible
I want wins not atmosphere
I'm in the same boat this year, granted work loads are usually a lot lighter between christmas & new years but it will be mad dash to finish at 5/5.30 and get to the game for kick off.Seems to be an assumption these days that everyone is off between Christmas and new year. Lol its not quite like that is it.28k @ £45 = £1.26m
31k @ £35 = £1.08m
Another win for Douggy Big Bollocks
Sorry not read the rest of the thread..as already noted by others lol.Lol its not quite like that is it.
Cant include 24k season ticket sales.
Its 4k @ £45 = 180k
7k @ £35 = 244k
So it's a loss of 65k
Also factor in 3000 less punters spending nothing on merchandise and matchday food /bev sales.
not sure what you are looking at but it's ok, FOMO moment on Friday as well.West Brom not really selling now which is a shame
West Brom not really selling now which is a shame
Well thats under the assumption that the extra 3,000 people not attending for £45 would attend for £35 which we have no evidence is that case.Lol its not quite like that is it.

Their home attendances are not what they were.it's also an easy excuse if you are playing shite and don't fancy going to a 12:30 kick off to watch your team maybe get a tonking from a local rival.
Last time they claiming they were boycotring they were doing well and all still turned up
I'm sure you're aware that in casual speech "couple" can be used interchangeably as a word for few.
If I'd been aware that I was being scored on the formality of my literacy I would've used a different word
Regardless of how casual the speech is, "couple" means two when used in a numerical sense.I'm sure you're aware that in casual speech "couple" can be used interchangeably as a word for few.

This ai language model definitely had men in mind. The amount of times we have all said we’ll go for a ‘couple’ of drinks that turned into many more.

Gone are the days where playing Coventry away was a day out with a whole stand given to the away fans. Now they are getting put in the corner, literally.
Well that’s what they’ve already done, block 9 is now open to home fans for all the home games. It won’t sell out for West Brom though it’s going to be 3/4 empty as it looks like no tickets are shifting since the weekend as it looks like the ceiling has been met on what fans are willing to pay.Fix the away fans and we might get closer to max attendance

Never should we have away fans behind a goal where they can put off a keeper all game or a penalty kicker. Stick the fuckers in the corner

It’s too late now, but singers corner should’ve been the away area
needs to be by the police doesn’t it?
Think Dougs gone slightly greedy on this and the other Cat A + gamesWell that’s what they’ve already done, block 9 is now open to home fans for all the home games. There are a few offers aroundIf the extra home seats don't sell well, perhaps there will be some offers like bundling tickets and getting a discount etc. The club seem much more commercially savvy these days (even if we don't agree with their savvy prices!) and able to respond quickly to the latest data on interest and sales. I don't like the one off ticket prices, especially for kids, but honestly not inclined to criticise Doug given where we are now compared to just a few years ago.
Think it's no longer an optionWhat happened to the print at home option? I've just bought a couple of tickets for my niece & brother for the Leicester game & had either the option of adding them to my wallet or having them posted.
A few thousand. Hopefully this will make Doug see that there are only very specific games where the public will swallow £45 tickets. How times have changed. If you’d have said to people a few years back that having a few hundred empty seats would be viewed as a failure people would have said you were crazy

Its clearly worked for Swansea on boxing day.
Leicester feels like it will due to the rivalry.
Birmingham - their fans are heady with thinking they will be in the Champions league in 3 years so will pay anything
West Brom who we have no rivalry with on TV at lunchtime a few weeks before Christmas. No.
