That's going well for him 😆
I don't usually argue or even comment on X but I'm currently educating some Rangers fans on how dire the SPL is. Not the smartest bunch are they.

Struggling to think of a league that's suffered such a decline, at least in Europe. Scottish clubs used to give a decent game to the best of them, their players were very common in the best English sides and their national teams were often better than or on a par with England.

Now some of their top flight clubs compete with League 2 teams for loan signings while Rangers would be no more than a middling Championship side.

I think middling Championship side is incredibly kind on this Rangers team.

That's the profile of the players they've been signing in recent years. Ibrox would be a tough place to travel to, so they get benefit of the doubt from me there.

I'd agree, it looks like a middling Championship team on paper. Currently under Martin though it's barely a middling SPL team 😆

Unfortunately he now understands that Scottish football will keep playing till Celtic gets a winner but other teams don't get that same privilege

What i would say on rangers is that it hasnt been particularly amazing for them for years besides 1 season and a european final


I think russell went in there with the owners blessing to try and create a football culture more suited to the modern game , but unfortunately at a club like rangers where 2nd place is the demand as top spot is generally gone already .. you have to fly out the blocks to give the illusion you are challenging celtic .


Until the fans change their expectations and actually give a manager proper time to change things , they will forever be in celtics shadow

I said he needed till November. When you try bed in culture change tactically it's not gonna happen overnight.

But the results are worse than you would expect. It will be surprising if survives

I think Martin made sense on paper. If they sack him I hope they don't just go for blood and guts. That will only get then so far
