Don't forget to account for the 5m people working on HS2 to end at some point in the next 100 years.
This is probably the way forward in the foreseeable future, millions of people being employed on meaningless infrastructure projects, just to keep them employed and paying their tax.

Tough shit if you’re an immigrant who obeyed all the rules, got a job and learned the language.
They’re gonna get power people don’t give a shit they just want an easy answer that means they don’t have to change

First and last post here:

I rarely get involved with politics even though I'll fly the Union Jack (to me, this flag represents my family as I've got close ties all over the UK - particularly England and Scotland) without bringing race or whatever into it.

Notice how we're often focused on blaming someone else, to become rivals, while our government just sits and watches? Imagine their faces if we were all united and instead looked at them - such corruption, inefficiency, lies, etc. That's what they don't want no matter who's in charge. Good luck on whichever side you're on or not, lads... 👍

By "obeyed all the rules" do you mean, overstayed a work visa and by doing so came through the back door and by doing so..... broke the rules?

Because im pretty sure if you or I went to Australia, or the US, or UAE, on a 3 month work visa and stayed for 3 days over, let alone 3 years, we'd soon be picked up by the police and escorted to the next available plane out. And most likely a ban on ever re-entering!

This is nothing to do with short term visas?

Regardless of the fact that’s not really linked to anything, the answer is not to kick everyone out, whether here legitimately or not, it’s to police it properly!

You should probably learn what the leave to remain scheme is before making wild assumptions like that. The biggest group by far will be Europeans who came here pre Brexit. The younger ones may have even had all their schooling here and English might be their first language or indeed only language. It will include all the Europeans who came here, set up businesses, employ British people, pay all their taxes. I’m very close to someone who has a English mother and European father, she was born in her fathers country her 2 year younger sister was born in the UK, she’s had all her education here including university (paid for in part by her fathers country) she’s married to an English man, only speaks English, has 2 children born in the UK, she even works for the government. Her father is now retired having worked his whole working life in the UK bar 3 of those years, ran his own business, never claimed benefits, always paid his taxes and employed English people while running his business. What’s Ferage going to do? Send just him and just one of his children back splitting up two families in the process? Idiots like you should A) really listen to what he’s saying, then B) go and educate yourself.

This is a slippery slope.

He was milking that walk off, was like he’s at the Milan fashion show. Barely broke a sweat in the game as usual. Kept doing these stupid stretches and lifting his shirt.

What’s that stupid wrist bandage about also.

Is this in here because he's American? I know it's hard keeping track of all the logins, but this isn't your best work.
