On the subject of politician football fans I walked behind Alastair Campbell when leaving the CBS after our game against Burnley last year.

Also an obvious genuine fan but I await BSB and Grendels judgement. No doubt he’s pretending to support Burnely because of Iraq.

Looks like he's been a Palace fan since...about 2 mins after they won the FA cup.

A true superfan

Ahahha. I missed this. Yeah what a fan. When my team wins the cup I always say “the shmmeee family is delighted”. What a fucking maroon.

If they get elected it isn’t me you should be blaming. Government net approval of -50 is fucking horrific.

You realise you’re part of that right?

I will be blaming you and any other self proclaimed leftist who joined right wing nonsense attacks from day one and haven’t stopped. The purpose of a system is what it does. And you are anti left.

Starmer planned to steal my wife’s PIP and my MP ignores our correspondence. Tell me why either deserve my vote?

When two thirds of the country disapprove of how the government is performing shmmeee still finds a way of blaming it on ordinary people instead of the people in charge. To achieve that in the space of a year with a huge majority is frankly extraordinary.

If they fail to get re-elected it will be because they've failed to make any genuine change to the country despite having a massive majority in parliament.

Of course most of the media is unfriendly, it is for every Labour government - but chopping right (almost instinctively) on so many major decisions has inevitably cost them support from the left too. Which, notably, doesn't seem to worry the leadership at all.

You can't blame the left for Starmer's choices. This was visible from a long way off.

Just as well that Reeves isn’t in charge of Tesco

TBF it's because it doesn't exist, the system is as it was. It's the usual new Labour third way worst of both approach

I agree - actual nationalisation with a transport strategy is fine. Just pretending it is and still treating consumers as commodities is embarrassing and fools no one. Well a couple of people maybe.

After are brave Tommy and Co posted a video of a man playing with his family and accused him of being an asylum seeker paedophile, today's story is some c**t seeing some Sikhs on holiday and complaining the holiday park is housing asylum seekers

Absolute scumbags

Other companies are also included, Brexit bounce, still this shortfall seems to amount to a scarily similar number to lost trade,a war with Russia that the same bloke who got Brexit done seemed to want to wage, don't get me started.

The cost of food shopping has become a bit ridiculous for most things except vegetables. Certainly going out to eat just isn’t worth it without an offer/voucher.

I've found myself eating a lot less meat recently, not because I am going vegan but I look at a pack of chicken breasts for 6 quid and think fuck that.

A pack for £6 is cheap and clearly means the animals have been subjected to cruelty. If people do want to eat meat organic breasts are around £10 - £12 for two and that is the way people should go.

Is eating out that bad compared to years ago? You can still get a decent 2 course meal for £30 each person in a good establishment which I am sure is similar to a few years ago.

£30 each is too steep I think. We aim for £20 each which wasn’t difficult to find until probably the last few years, at least without a deal on.

One or two places in ‘leafy’ Leamington we like can still do that.

Well yeah if you're going in Leamington it's going to be more.

Nowt wrong with a Hungry Horse offer.

Decent big carvery in the Old Crown for about £14

I now buy whole chickens and butcher it myself. It's actually a fair bit cheaper plus you get all the extras with it, legs/wings, carcass for soups/stock. It takes no more then 2 minutes per bird.
