Lovely to hear. Good poster, pipkin.I met up with SBT member @pipkin73 earlier. He's still alive and well out here in Gran Canaria, he just doesn't post so much due to getting headaches when he's using the computer. He's doing well apart from that and we both enjoyed a few pints of Estrella and the five goals, PUSB.
Or too many beers. Is he sure it's the computer giving him headaches and not SBT
Enjoy your beers.
Had wondered recently where he was.
Great to hear he's OK.
Enjoy the sun both of you!
Not sure if I'm missing something here but I've had it for ages!Clint,
I love your new profile pic Cyril and Snoz
Cheers mate but me and pipkin are just normal ladsNot sure if I'm missing something here but I've had it for ages!
But anyway, thanks, 2 legends.

Well I’ve only just noticed. Not unusual, it’s like people’s comments, I react to their latest post. I can’t keep track of people’s posting history or opinions. I know I have had spats with people, can’t remember who and what overNot sure if I'm missing something here but I've had it for ages!

Cyril was a superb centre forward, even if not a prolific goal scorer, his link up play was superb. But he always seemed to get important goals and spectacular goals. One of my all time favourites.
Snoz was a father figure, who believed the game should be enjoyed. I remember him saying, I got into coaching because I had to listen to coaches, I had to learn the game because it didn’t come naturally to me.
2 legends but more importantly just 2 special people.
Cyrille had what I refer to as soft feet.
A big, powerful man, but he had a deft touch and superb control in his locker but could unleash his raw power when required.
Sillett brought out the best in him, but I still remember him most fondly for his performance in one of my favourite ever city games, city 4- Everton 1, last game of the season, 1985.
Tell him to stay well clear of the Summer bed wetting thread, sorry…transfer thread.I met up with SBT member @pipkin73 earlier. It's annoying though when I keep seeing a thread about Trump. When you see a thread that looks ominously like someone has died so you open it, find out they are not dead and are pleased to hear that despite giving the possibility that they might be dead no thought at all before seeing the thread.
