Yes indeed, I spoke to Jack Rudoni in corporate before the game and I asked him if he is injured and he replied with, no I'm being rested. 🥵
Not what Lampard said. Either way if he is carrying any minor injury surely its better not to risk him

We created lots of clear cut chances?

Yeah but generally from last season, and shades of both games, we have high possession stats and low ‘shots on goal’

I’m optimistic we’ll be fine but I am concerned we play a lot of ‘middle of the park’ possession and often turn back then trying to get in and behind. We’ve seen games with 70% possession and 2 shots on target.

I’m concerned on a striker options. We need Wright or Simms firing.

It's obviously the way the manager wants to play it,at home at least anyway but that was a poor lapse.
Let's face it he won't be afforded that amount of time week in week out, other than that he will be alright I'm sure,if he was blaming Sheaf as was suggested on here have a word,he was available and he would have had to come and take it from him.
