This video was class, and there definitely is issues with owners in the game. Sheffield Weds, Hull, Leicester 3 in the Championship alone this season
West Brom, Cardiff (carrying on still now) and Sheffield United last season as well. There needs to be something done

We have a neo liberal market economy or casino capitalism , so football is not going to be any different.

I feel a degree of sympathy for the lad running Leicester - He inherited the business way ahead of schedule through losing his father in tragic circumstances, when my dad owned his business if he would have passed away unexpectedly and all of a sudden I was running it I would have no clue what to do either

I don't think he has purposely ran the club badly, I think he has been well intentioned but chased the dream of consistent UCL football which they fucked up two seasons in a row having wildly overspent to get it

In reflection he should have presided over his families legacy being fully cemented after they won the FA Cup and sold it on

TBF, he could have just employed someone who was an expert in their field to run the club. Or sold it. His biggest problem is that the family business has massive cash flow problems anyway, isn't it?

That doesn't help but you've got to remember there was a point not so long ago Leicester saw themselves as a club who had disrupted the Top 6, there is an element of them 'Doing a Leeds' where they spent lots of money gambling on UCL football which they fumbled on the final day (twice) so they had to start tightening the purse strings

Their recruitment has been abysmal, eye-watering amount of money spent on players like Daka, Faes, Vestergaard etc. who I would say wouldn't even get into our side

Leicester were 4th going into the final day in 2019/20 and 2020/21 and were leapfrogged on the final day both times

Since when did Leeds UTD become known as the peacocks.
What a sad state our football clubs are becoming!

It is their original nickname & is because of a pub close to Elland Road called The Old Peacock. I remember the nickname being used at the 1970 cup final

We hate Forest, we hate Derby, who the fcuk are Coventry?

Yep and Man City cheated their way to the top four on both occasions depriving us of fourth.
Take it you are north Leics then - When we recently beat you at the CBS (convincingly) I went on my Sky Blue scooter which has a Cov number plate. The amount of shit I got from the streets of Leicestershire kept me amused for weeks. We have a lot of Cov who hate the Villa..I've never got my head around that. Imagine hating a club that plays in the league above you and has won a European Cup.....

It's quite nice these days, walking around town (Hinckley) seeing how few are wearing Leicester shirts of late.
Wonder why?

You cheat so much the authorities literally change the rules every time you wriggle through another hole. A bunch of happy clapping, piss drinking mutants who should rightly be stuck in League 2, all things being fair.
Oh and mind the gap.

We hate Forest, we hate Derby, we trawl for internet football forums begging for some form of interaction from our nearest rivals but who the fuck are Coventry.
Yeah first realised that there was a ‘supposed‘ rivalry with your lot in about 2005 when I taught in that 💩hole called Bedworth and one of the parents was going on about it. Oh and saw one of your six fingered inbreds giving it large at our place in 1994 when you scored in a PL match. Been intrigued ever since to see how a club who has no real history forces a rivalr. That‘s why I am here and you lot keep biting 😂⚽️🦊

Biting? More like you're on here to try and forget what's going on at your car crash of a football club now your over 20 years of cheating have caught up with you.

So you've now had yet another big loan off Macquarie at a fairly high interest rate to keep your club afloat. It covers most of the Prem money you would have received, yet most of it will be taken up by paying for the players you can't get rid of because you offered them too much money. So very quickly you will become like most sides in the Championship who don't get Prem money.

Add to this the points deduction you will get for your constant cheating and kicking the can down the road. What are you doing for a striker? You won't be able to spend a fortune on one. And with everything going on if you don't go up this season (which i can't see happening), you will become just an average Championship side at best.

Good luck this season 🤥 You're going to need every little bit you can get. Rivals? We're both Championship sides, but we will be in the promotion chase so not close rivals.

I am somewhat of a bullshitter myself, but occasionally I enjoy listening to an expert. Please, carry on.
