Has anyone ever had to rehab and build back from tennis elbow? Haven't been able to lift weights for 6 months, about to start again, would like to hear what worked and what didn't for anyone that's had the same problem.

I do a boxing bootcamp thing with circuits around bags etc, can't beat it for fitness. I've been running as well but ran the other day when I probably should have rested and getting a burning pain around my left hip so blanking the running but still doing the class. Hopefully just a strain. I've reduced my beer intake too and lost 3Ib in a week.
My biggest issue is the beer , I have a couple of cans most nights then quite a few at the weekend . Really need to break the habit , still a bit stiff and sore from Tuesday night but will go for a run later

I can't believe the "Sins" method for losing weight still works. Calories in<Calories out is such an easy formula to follow.
That's Slimming World isn't it?

Weightwatchers I'm not sure what the methodology is, though it's definitely not sustainable weight loss because the business model is premised on the opposite.

That doesn't work, it's flawed.

It quite clearly does work, its worked for millions and millions. Just because there are flaws to it doesn't mean it doesnt work on the whole. It's much more reliable than any other diet fad

The point is fails in the long term. I think the article I posted explains some of the mechanisms and pitfalls quite well.
