not read anything on here yet. Bidwell made a huge difference, we were rock solid down that left hand side apart from one time where bidwell had two to mark as he was left for dead by our CBs.

Mason clark class obviously. Him and Bassette still not quite figured out their linkup.

Thought Lats was very good defensively. Dovin didn’t have much to do but when he had the ball made smart passes

Tats was okay took his chance well

Can’t fault anything about that match, pretty faultless. Are you going to carry on attempting to persuade everyone that we are in a ‘relegation battle’?

We aren’t one point off relegation now we’ve changed manager

Bidwell not only better defensively but his far superior engine got him forward on the attack and in the press.

We remain unable to produce more than one or two good performances on the spin. Let's focus on that before aiming for the dizzy heights of 12th
We will do it if we stick with the same starting line up.

If we go back to Collins. Dasilva and Binks all bets will be off.

Good win. Plymouth were absolutely atrocious though. Millwall will be a better test of where we're at

Today I think is the furthest clear we've been of the drop zone all season. Let's see if we can go on a sustained run of decent form before jumping on that high horse.

We are only 2 points behind Norwich, so presumably you also think they are in danger of going down?

haha- we were never, ever in danger of relegation. Not then, not now.

It was beyond negativity to suggest we were ever at serious risk of going down, only those with ‘an agenda’ or compulsively pessimistic were saying otherwise.
We were never going down ever , just silly talk tbh .

This run of fixtures we have now is nice on paper and we should try maximise the return .

Hopefully we can have a good second half of the season and push the top half

Plymouth were atrocious but still managed to make a couple of chances a better team would have scored from. Would have been nice for Eccles to get his third. Easy win but let's not carried away.

Yep. We had a big let off at 2-0. I think it’s entirely right to be cautiously optimistic. ‘Cautiously’ is the important word here.

Shades of Lampard coaching Eccles?

Enjoyed us controlling the tempo second half.

It was a bore fest but really controlled performance.

Lati keeps his spot at CB for me now.

TBF we’ve been great at passing it around the back and not being threatening all season. They’ve been training for this moment.
