Who buys all these singles? Is it loners or people taking a chance on finding seats together?

I guess you’d sit by yourself but meet up after for a pint

The thing is, if they open up Block 13 and 4 now, it's hardly going to be full of rampant hoolies is it?

It's probably the perfect opportunity to open those two blocks.
Sell them to those already in the queue

Even 12 is easily policeable surely? A whole block of segregation is more than enough. 4, 12, 13 would be ideal.

I think the problem with 12 lies in the turnstiles and concourse being shared with block 10

Based on this, 4/5 are easier to open as they can nudge Birmingham fans a little to the left and put that netting in place.

4/5 is accessible from the the blocks where 1/2/3 are.

Perhaps they fear that people who bought tickets in 13 might turn up to find it's already populated by idiots who want to improve their "experience" by being closer to the away fans

Shame it wasn’t for the last 10 games but should show Doug what’s possible if he gets the balance right

It will show him price sensitivity is not as much as some people think

Also I assume king has sorted the Cant open parts of the ground excuse

Ah, couldn’t you close them off and have access through 13 or is there a capacity issue on stairs and stuff?
There's a small fence between 12 & 13 so its not possible to access it from the stand

How did we manage versus Crewe, Gillingham, Chelsea? There must have been something altered in the concourse to allow home fans into the south stand blocks.
For Crewe and Gillingham away fans only came up to block 9. The separation in the concourse is under block 10, which Brum fans will occupy

Giving them block 10 is so dumb.

If we hadn’t done that we could add another couple of thousand home fans. Why would you do it?

So there is another concourse partition in that stand then? Could be useful if we ever get regular large home crowds. Give away fans 3K and we can have home fans up to Block 10.

Yep. The stand itself is designed to be shared. We’ve cocked up here though in giving Brum 1500 tickets too many
