It's gone on to long with the one question the EFL are asking that Doug can't answer, "where will Coventry city be playing next season " and because he can't answer that question he will be rejected by the EFL .
Only one person can answer that and he will become the next owner , like it or not.
Imo the sooner the better.

How can King answer that question? The current contract is only until the end of the season. Until he is approved as the owner he cant take any part in the club s affairs and not in a position to negotiate a new one.

The current owners are in no better position than King to answer that question in reality.

Fraser group own the stadium and either they buy the club or the owners of the club enter into a long term contract to rent the stadium. Until either of these options happen there is zero chance of EFL approval in my opinion, but who knows.

If that is the case, why would the club be expecting clearance from the EFL?
I mean, why even pretend, knowing it will be exposed?
