I think it's because this close season has been billed as a big one and now those with a mattress dampening tendency think every player and his mother is going.

If that’s the case then I’d happily take him. Seen enough in that season in league 1 to say he could do it for us in this league as a back up. As you can see he’s on the bench or just not in the squad...

I don't think it was odd at all, Moore played against Bournemouth (a game we had to win to keep any chance of playoffs alive), we lost and the season was over. So Wilson came in for the last 3 games to get some game time and give Moore a rest as this was his first full season of playing in several seasons. That's the way I see it anyway.
Had we beat Bournemouth then I'm certain Moore would have played v WBA.

Has Kane Wilson gone anywhere yet? Would be an excellent addition as although he is prominently a RWB he can fill in on the left. Bags of assists last season.

Hard to tell, far closer to Dabo than Kane in style. went to a fair few games at the New Lawn last season, definitely the stand out player. Deserving of his League 2 POTS

Did anyone else watch The Conference play off final? I watched because I miss proper footer and to see if Grimsby’s McAtee was a shout or Solihull’s Dallas or Hudlin.

I know it’s a low level but the Stuart Pearce’s, Jamie Vardy’s and Sam McAllum’s of this world do exist.

The three mentioned above are all just about at the right age (21/22) to have a fair crack at developing.

Dallas: came up through the Rangers youth system and to me it showed; had a bit of awareness about him.

Hudlin: raw. If he fills out the. He’ll be a challenge for opposing teams.

McAtee: too good for Level 5 but not sure if good enough for anything above Level 3. Think I’d prefer his brother on loan.

Hudlin was dreadful in both games I saw. Definitely nowhere near our level.

I watch Torquay most home games unless I'm watching Cov and the gulf is massive these days. You see the odd player who stands out but most of them are on loan from league clubs. Sinclair Armstrong is the best I've seen in a while and fully expect him to make QPR's first team at some point next season

Despite his height, he doesn't really jump (although at 6'9^ he doesn't really need to) Perhaps because of his size, he can't -0 but agree, he wouldn't cut it at our level. Thought that Callum Howe the Solihull Moors defender was very good in the air, and in general (but at 28, and having been around a few lower league clubs, if he was a regular decent performer, he would already be playing at a higher level).

How many do we need a keeper right back left back 2 centre backs a centre mid a number 10 and 2 forwards that's a big rebuilding job at least 9 players maybe more?

If moore is going Kane walker and waghorn then replace the two Chelsea lads and bright that has us at 7 then question marks over Kelly and throw in another centre half cover instead of pask or Drysdale

If he stays or goes, although being an upgrade on what we've had in the last few seasons, I still think he's an average championship goalkeeper

My guess what we’ll see incoming:

No sales: LCB, LWB, AM, ST

1 sale: Above plus replacement for sale, RWB, CB

2 sales: Above plus replacement for sale, GK and maybe another midfielder.
