Think you missed my point.

I'm lazy and indolent, but I get by, thanks to you and your hard working ilk.

What a great country to live in, where people like you keep me going.

Many thanks.

Er don’t think I’ve mentioned you have I?

That's the way I like it.

You pay the tax. Us, the lazy and indolent reap the benefits.

Keep paying the tax please.

Well ok - I assume you are claiming you are unemployed or on benefits? Or is this a fairy take like Cinderella?

Never assume.

Assess. Plan. Act.

Never assume.

Assumption is for losers

Not yet, although I should probably make an emergency escape plan for that eventuality.

His suggested policies are from a socialist Jurassic park - thankfully we’ve left the Triassic age of politics some time ago

So I assume you like me want to scrap iht so those get an opportunity to inherit the money needed?
There needs to be an overhaul of the current system to make it fairer and proportionate
This proposal offers the worst of every world because all the other shit policies make it impossible to be rewarded for ‘hard work’ alone.

How is it worse than the system previously in place?

You keep telling yourself that. I'm sure the millions of people who work hard and are struggling to get by believe you too.

Yeah I see match girls on every corner and 14 year olds down the mine. Or are they on the latest I Phone?

The top 1% of taxpayers pay 33% of the total tax in the country don’t they? How much more distribution do you think is needed?

Well, given the wealth gap is the widest it's been for ages and accelerating it's clearly doing nothing to hamper their own pockets is it.

Boris Social care plan is bollocks if you have £100,000.00 of assets you could end up losing 80k of that. If you have £500,000.00 of assets you could end up losing, checks notes, 80k of that. This could simply come down to your post code. A 2 up 2 down costs a lot more in London than it does in the Red Wall (as was). You could quite easily have a retired postman in London who’s worked the same hours, same years, earned the same money as a postman in the Red Wall, both purchased their terraced homes in the 80’s, paid similar money at the time for them (relatively speaking) yet the property super boom in London means that the London postman pays less of a percentage of his total assets. Hence the he worked harder argument is bollocks.

Have we reached the point yet where “we” have to stop pretending that it’s an act to look “lovable” in some way and in actual fact Boris really is a bumbling idiot who can’t tuck his own shirt in but somehow recalled to memory some Latin. Although not being an expert in Latin I’m not convinced that Boris’ grasp of Latin is any better than Del Boy’s grasp of french, it’s just that the press let him off because they’re still buying into and selling the lovable Buffoon act.

Dorries at it again.

What an exchange this is 😂

Q: You said you did not know if the BBC will be going in 10 years’ time? That’s extraordinary.
Dorries says she was asked about the licence fee.
Nicolson reads back the quote to her. She said she did not know if the BBC would still be there in 10 years time.
Well, I don’t, says Dorries. And neither do you.
Q: The Times reported that you said the Nick Robinson interview with the PM would cost the BBC a lot of money.
Dorries says she did not hear the interview, and she did not says that.
She says she is “very sure the BBC will be here in 10 years’ time”. The point she was making was that you cannot predict the future, she says.
Q: You said BBC broadcasting was like what you would see in a Soviet country. Have you ever visited a Soviet country?
Dorries says she will not comment on tweets she posted 12 years ago.
Nicolson says it was not 12 years ago. It was in the Daily Mail last month.

Oh god, I had to Google that. She's really emerged from the group of Tory idiots and put clear daylight between her and the chasing pack.

She's having a 'mare. What the clip below doesn't show is her getting clamped when it's revealed the tweet she says she sent 3 years ago was actually sent last month.
