DO NOT boo the knee (2 Viewers)

So if they adopted the nazi salute and told you it was an anti racist sign, youd be fine with that?

Great whataboutery. 10/10. Straight to the furthest extreme. Bell end.

Show me proof Colin Kaepernick, or the veteran that told him taking the knee was a more respectful form of protest than sitting for the national anthem, are Marxists and I'll think you have a point.

Then as a white person I can only apologise to you for the minority of morons who continue to make you feel uncomfortable in any way in this day and age.
I can assure you that the vast majority of City fans do not accept any form of racism.
I'd be interested to hear of any ideas you may have to make people more likely to attend home matches.

The vast majority don't, you're right. All those that boo aren't necessarily racist, just been brainwashed into believing an anti-racism gesture is "political" by people who are genuinely racist. The effect it has is still the same though. I hope anyone who has read the post you are replying to that has booed in the past will consider not doing so in the future. Of you read that and think it's still ok to boo then I think there are questions to answer.

Thought you weren't going to get upset, as I said we disagree, that's fine. I see it as a gesture, you don't.

Don't worry yourself we all can't follow your view and I don't expect anyone to follow mine. It's just an opinion. I thought you was my friend as well, started off so well, friend to an idiot, dip shit in all of 5 mins.

How many times do players and managers have to tell you it simply a way to stand against racism and racial discrimination?

Sorry but if you still pretend it is linked to some wider political movement then you are part of the problem.

Why does anyone think that young professional footballers are a prime breading spot for Marxist beliefs?

The vast majority are racist, they understand what it means.

The rest who derp on about Marxism really don't get what Marxism is. It's a political economic theory passed on the the collective ownership of the means of production.

Can’t remember saying that! I know what you mean by slower than platt now, I thought it meant as in pace. You crack on with your opinion on hurty words and I’ll be bothered by things that affect lives. Do you have an outside interest rather than skyblues talk?

You think racism doesn't affect lives?

So you get offended for other people? That is so good to hear. I am part of a group who finds and exposes pedophile, we are in Scotland over the weekend, so shall I add your name to our group? We can pick you up in the van

I bet you're only looking for certain types of paedophiles though. Just ones with a certain shade of skin maybe? Or do they need a certain religion?

Can someone explain to me then why some players when taking the knee also feel they have to do the black power fist pump. The taking the knee was a symbol adopted by the far left self confessed marxist group BLM who wish to defund the police, bringdown western society and in thee words of one of their leaders in the UK make the white man the slave.
whether you agree with BLM or not there is no getting away from the fact they are marxist, racist group.

As in all walks of life there are racists of all skin colours but the taking of the knee is seen by many to be a reflection of this hate group which is why some boo it. Those same people never booed the kick it out campaign and other anti racist campaigns. Calling people racist because they refuse to support a racist marxist movement like BLM which has also been condemned by many politicians is both hypocritical and very short sighted

Taking the knee was adopted by Colin Kaepernick before BLM.

if anything they’re just copying him. Like I said previously, they’ve said it’s against Racial injustice. How many kneeling players have said otherwise?

Of course he hasn’t read Marx, he just spouts shite on here
Why would i want to read a marxist book when Im not interested in it ?
as for talking shit pot kettle. Just because I dont agree with your own political views which I can have an educated guess on doesnt make me a racist, gammon or what ever else your lefty biased view dictates.

I for one will not support or even consider applauding a symbol of racial hatred by the BLM movement but any other campaign, symbol or action to stand up to racism then I will but that doesnt suit your political arse licking does it

how can you be bang against anything that you have no understanding of?

how about you ask why you can’t support a symbol of the civil rights movement? The kneeling there pre-dates BLM

So why are you so offended by players taking the knee as an anti racism gesture? Because that's what they're doing.

Whatever point you're trying to get across you're literally saying you refuse to support an anti racism campaign and are against equality.

Not a good look mate.

Because the knee bending only came to the fore following the death of George Floyd and the prevalence of the BLM movement that brought violance and destruction to the community in the so called badge of anti racism. BLM was shown up for what they really represented and bending a knee was the symbol of support for that racist movement so no I wont show support for that however any other gesture that symbolises anti racism against all colours, nations and beliefs I will.

Show me the evidence that it was a parody account and fair enough But seing her dressed in a uniform more reminiscent of the IRA shouting anti white racist gestures in London doesnt fill me with support Im afraid.

They’ve chosen to take the knee. If you’re against racism you would respect their choice of symbolism. Most of the players have already said why they take the knee, not that they have to explain themselves to you
