It's not just about Italy's passing. They are a very spatially aware team. They use the gaps between the opponents so well. They instantly know where to pass and where to collect the ball.

Reminds me of the time I worked in the City centre. This bloke stopped me and said he was a coach driver and his coach had broken down and needed some money to get a spare part. Got really arsey when I offered to let him use a phone in my office to ring his coach firm to sort out the arrangements./payment, The moral of the story is 'never pretend to be a coach driver when you've had so much to drink you can't construct a sentence'
