Yup. If it gets rescinded, McFazdean is free to play against Wycombe, the goal is knocked off, the result is voided and we have to pay them again on Sunday.
That’s ridiculous. They can’t.change a result when the game has been completed. We will get a one goal head start against Wycombe

Yes but the top of his arm i.e. the shirt sleeve which is NOT handball

Was his armpit. You can't run around the pitch with the ball under your armpit.

Are you sure about that? Unfair on Wycombe. I’m sure I’ve read in the EFL rule book (I know, hard to believe) that the next time we play Luton, at the start of the game it will be 1-0 to us, and they’ll have ten men.

Because it’s obstruction not because it’s handball. And also because you can’t actually hold the ball under your armpit without your upper arm touching it

Well no because it would be:
A) Obstruction
B) Physically impossible

"For the purposes of determining handball offences, the upper boundary of the arm is in line with the bottom of the armpit. "

Not handball

Why do we have to pay them?
Money is tight enough as it is!

Depends. I haven’t watched enough to see but if say it hit his shoulder then his hand it’s a pen but not a red. Otherwise yeah.
That’s what I think. Someone else said it hit his knee on the way down.
can you imagine if it was upheld and the ref said he gave it although he didn’t see it

I found this, it's premier league info but interesting if I read it correctly.

Premier League players will be allowed extra leeway when it comes to ricocheted handballs.
It is often impossible to avoid contact with the ball if it has deflected off the body of an opponent, team-mate, or even another part of the own player.
So a handball will not be awarded if the ball touches a player’s hand/arm directly from their own head/body/foot or the head/body/foot of another player who is close/nearby.

I think they've seen it as I did

Was also physically impossible to stop that goal without his arm being in the way

That's life flat 4 at the back with osti and hyam would be good to see pask in there as he's not let the team down this season as Rose has been poor all season.

Shame - need to press them back and Osti to boss them. Will be a back 4, or Pask to come in in alongside Hyam and Osti.

No surprise considering the incompetent FA. Im sure if it had been a Man Utd or Arsenal player it would have been overturned

Clearly his short shirt sleeve is too long as a delineation between arm and shoulder .
I think it's time for a Harry Enfield version with capped sleeves tbf.
