Have you not been stereotyping anyone that takes a knee brains?
well it looks like Millwall FC have now severed all links to the BLM political movement and wont be taking the knee again. Proves my point and the majority of football fans views you melt

Thankfully it's not a majority you idiot. Millwall are trying to avoid embarrassing but some of the players still want to take the knee. Stop making yourself look a fool.

I think our problem could be even if fans are allowed into St Andrews will ours ? They, they being Birmingham council might frown upon 2000 travelling into Brum from outside the city at one time unacceptable, so I’m sceptical it will happen to be honest.

If it does go into tier 2 it will happen it’s the fact it’s likely not to be tier 2

I am optimistic fingers crossed Coventry could be tier 2 not so sure about Birmingham we’ll find out Monday I believe, our problem is we are sandwiched between Brum, Leicester and North Warwickshire.

The sad fact is the club probably do not want fans back in small numbers as the cost outweighs the benefit. They would not publicly admit to that but has to be the case. I would say without 3.000 to 4,000 fans it is not cost effective.

Saw someone from Shrewsbury on the news the other night ahead of their first game worth fans back and he said it was costing them.

That's not the point. The stewarding, policing and all the Covid compliance stuff will cost the club around £13K pet home game. Also they will pay less to BCFC for rent.
That’s what I was saying. They’ll have no income as they’ve already had the season ticket money so fans will be in for free. It’s just cost to the club with little income

Now looks inevitable that Coventry & Warwickshire will be reduced to Tier 2 but that Birmingham will remain in Tier 3 😞

Next review might be brought forward to 23rd December but council calling to stay in Tier 3 until January at least.

I presume we're (Warwickshire) are only in Tier 3 because of Nuneaton/Bedworth/Rugby. South Warwickshire, Leamington, Warwick, Stratford have the lowest cases in the County. Doesn't help we're next to Coventry and Solihull though unfortunately.

23rd Dec

How handy pre-Xmas/New year.

Good news everybody - you're all in tier 1! Until we review it in two weeks when you're all in tier 3, where you'll be staying until March.

Oi, we're not too bad in Rugby thanks 😜
Stratford being Tier 3 was crazy.

All this absolute insane tiering/lockdown bollocks over a virus that’s got a 98% recovery rate & since February has ‘only’ killed 300 odd people under the age of 60....it’s totally over the top

How on earth are they going to maintain the level of social distancing we've seen in other countries when they've started letting fans back in and have 50% capacity?

Was listening to the owner of an NHL hockey team and he said they've modelling needing to leave a minimum of 2 seats in every direction around every group of supporters. Said it would likely be around a quarter capacity and definitely no more than a third - dependent on how many people were in each group.
Not even close if you allow for distancing in front and behind as well

Eurgh...typical reply from someone who doesn’t want to believe facts that‘s actually written down in black & white on the ONS website - I reckon some people enjoy wanting to live like this
Go on then, prove the 98% thing. As far as I am aware you can't calculate that number. I really don't want to live like this, pretending it is not a problem would literally kill thousands off and overwhelm the NHS. Get that fucking vaccine in me.

3000+ deaths a day in the USA, increased deaths in Germany hence a new lockdown and a new variant found today and there are plenty under 60s in hospital with COVID

So people over 60 don't matter? I am not that age but I hate the idea that because it kills more older people it doesn't matter.

Also what do you mean by recover? It's not just about those who die.

Deaths with Covid or from Covid though? New variant...geeeez,they’re never gonna get it down to zero cases though,it’s impossible - when are we just gonna realize we’ve gotta live with it?
