With the number of players Chelsea have not their books how have they ended up needing to name Cech in their PL squad?

I guess it's because they don't rate their two backup keepers.

The Aston Villa bubble has burst, 3-0 down at HT to Southampton.

Fuck me this ref is an embarrassment. He is taking ages to watch something back that was right before his eyes, about 5 yards away.

Haha the Arsenal defender .
Check out the Newcastle defender doing the split's at Southampton.

We're not alone.

Another soft tissue injury at Spurs for Alderwiereld but the commentators did say he played three games for Belgium recently, these players are playing to much so scrap the international stuff I can’t see how they are travelling all over the world anyway.

Man U must be the luckiest team in the world, VAR overturns a West Brom penalty award, then Man U are awarded a harsh penalty which they miss, West Brom keeper adjudged to have moved off his line, penalty retaken and Man U score.

It’s getting ridiculous they are getting a penalty nearly every game now. In the modern game the West Brom one was a definite penalty, even Man Utd tv aka bt sport agreed. I haven’t seen the penalty save as they didn’t show it as many tines as the penalty that wasn’t given

They do seem to get A LOT of decisions go in their favour, esp from VAR.

Can see Fulham staying up. They don’t look too far away from a decent side. Attacking wise they look pretty good.

Quite a turn of fortunes for Sheff Utd and Burnley so far. I didn’t expect Sheffield to stay in the top half necessarily but I didn’t have them as being deep in the mire

I think the difference between Fulham and them is that Fulham look like they are able to score. I think West Brom are dead in the water. Whilst the other 2 look like they lack the quality to stay up. Fulham could be lucky

Leeds have adapted well so at least one of those two is going.

from what I've seen they're desperate for a half decent striker. If they don't get one or don't get one of the current crop firing they could be in trouble.

You’d think they will sort one out in January. As for Burnley they also really need to pull out the chequebook

Burnley won’t be pulling any cheque book out they claim to have no money, their investment was virtually nothing in the summer so they are getting what they deserve.

I thought Sheffield United would struggle last year so I was just ahead of my time😉

It was so nice to see football on the bbc, it’s about time terrestrial tv got their fingers out and got some decent bids in for football, get rid of finance for some of these minority sports like rugby and get the elite stuff on.

I think Dyche will go by the end of the season. There's been prudent and there's been fucking tight, and their board have been the latter.
I appreciate BCDs has played a part in clubs finances but how much money has that man brought into the club by getting them to perform above their level?
He's deserves an opportunity to reinvest a bit of it back in the team in my opinion.

They must have made some very tidy profits in the last few seasons, I get they want to invest it in facilities but they could still direct some funds his way quite comfortably.
