We were much improved today. Few notes I made on the game:
- Shipley looked a lot better in an advanced role and his goal was fantastic
- McCallum is a great little inverted wing back on the right hand side
- Giles looks like a goal threat and was unlucky not to score
- Kelly's introduction helped massively, you could see him organise people in defence and we kept the ball better
- The 3 centre backs make a solid unit
- Allen played well in a deeper role, and looked a threat in an advanced role - his 'goal' was well taken despite being offside
- On a more negative note, we were quite slow on the counter

All in all, a lot of positives to take from the game against a good outfit. We probably should have won the game in the end, but a draw is a solid result.

If we can start Kelly and Sheaf on Saturday, Dabo is back in and McCallum on the left then we should be going for the win.

We just lack that bit of cutting edge but should still have won. Robins obviously not impressed by Baka at the weekend so Godden stayed on while he was clearly tiring. If Walker was available then he comes on and gives you the chance to get them over the line.

I do think we will get better as the season goes on.

Good point, unlucky not to be 3. Kelly made a huge difference when he came on, certainly need him to start when fully fit. PUSB

We do look very slow on the counter and cause little threat. If we can’t work out a way to change that then we need to work out a way to push the defence up and not sit so deep for periods of the game.

Next game I would bring Osti in for Rose and Kelly in for (Shipley now he’s injured).

Now the attack...it’s sluggish, ponderous, no strength and slow.

Disappointed not to get the 3 points, but it's reassuring that we feel this way, rather than grateful for the point.

To be honest, other than their goal, they didn't offer much. We just need to be more clinical in games.

I think we really need to push for 3pts from Blackburn/Mboro.... I'd say more likely to get them at home to Blackburn...

Swans fans slagging their team most think they were hanging on and only deserved a point Have to say they never really threatened and only stupid free kicks gave them chances

I thought Shipley & Sheaf who have both come in for some criticism on this site had good games tonight, but Kelly gave us some extra composure in midfield. It really showed how much we missed him

If Walker was fit then I’m sure he would of came on. Annoying as we were so wasteful and did deserve the win. Don’t think the style we played with last season will carry us through unfortunately. You can afford to miss every other chance in League 1

Godden is a lethal finisher. We all know this but with 10 to go, us pressing why not bring the big guy on to mix it up. I just wish MR would be bold and make that attacking change. Pask showed great attacking intent and it gave them something else to think about. 85 a baka or a max, fresh strength and energy against a tired defence. What do we have to lose!?

Shippers looked really good tonight. Offers us something different to Allen alongside O'Hare.

I'm a big Shippers fan and he is good at keeping attacks going with his link play. He's a bit of a marmite player with some of our fans, but he's come a long way from League 2 on the bench to the Championship - good on him, Classy goal too!

Shipley, I'm sure he pointed out as he went near the dugout that he was (by the looks of it) dizzy... Or had a funny turn... Hope he's OK if so

It’s Robins’ weakest attribute, changing things as games progress. Sometimes I wish he’d just make that final change to give us a chance.

Good confidence result to steady the ship and, particlularly with the offside goal and some great chances, boys will be thinking we should have won that. Swansea looked good in patches but riding those waves out will show keep focussed and we can compete.
