Worked in the end. I started by picking my own seat and it came up as unassigned. When I then tried to assign my name it rejected it. So I tried again but let it select the seat and it then came up as assigned to me and was able to buy. Got it but not sure where I’ll be sat apart from block S22. I have a seat and row number but not sure exactly where that seat is. Sure it will be ok though.

I don't think anyone knows, to me it reads like they are just covering their arses *if* there are no games to attend.

The £210 gets you the fancy shirt, an Ifollow account the chance to buy a season ticket @ £50. Pretty clever as if behind closed doors does drag on they would only have to refund the £50.

Bit of a gamble but its a fair deal I recon
I don’t think the membership element gets you iFollow’, it’s the seat that does that.

I wonder if there was a mistake this morning. I was able to buy a membership pre 10.30am and I don't think I fall into any of the categories that should have been able to buy them. I just went on there as a punt and was able to buy one. Strange. But not complaining.

Thanks - finally worked

Membership is open to all. It's membership+ST that's limited.

Is there a seat plan that shows seat numbers and row numbers for each block? The only seat plan I can see on BCFC website just shows the block numbers. Thanks.

Bought the membership for my little brother and I. Where's the option to select size for the special edition shirt?

We won’t be sat in any specific seats initially, we will, in our bubble, be directed to the first available that can ensure distancing.

I understand we won’t initially but the seat selected will be the one I sit on once all is back to normal, whenever that is. I just don’t know where it is, apart from the block number. Do row numbers go bottom to top?

I emailed Tynan about the position in relation to season tickets and hence iFollow access for "corporate" ticket holders from last season. I don't know if it is standard comms sent to everyone, but in case it isn't, this was his response. (

Hi Malcolm,

Thank you for your patience and understanding regarding corporate season tickets being available for purchase.

Thank you to those of you who have already purchased their Championship Club Membership – the response and support has been tremendous!

As yet we do not have a viable solution on the TicketMaster system to be able to process these in a way that wouldn’t cause issues for us and yourselves once fans begin to return to matches. I am sure you can appreciate that the TicketMaster system was not built with a global pandemic in mind let alone socially distancing and also corporate members having seats elsewhere in the stadium. Many clubs still do not have season tickets on sale to their fans.

We want to reassure you, in the simplest way possible, on a few points below:

1) Season Ticket Priority – Your seats/executive box from last season can not be purchased by anyone else and we will not be selling your seats/executive box to anyone else – they are secure for you indefinitely until such time that stadiums are back to their full permitted capacity.

2) iFollow – the complimentary subscription is only available for home games, it is not available for away games. Away games, such as tonight’s match against Gillingham, need to be purchased directly with iFollow. ccfc.co.uk/ifollow/subscribe/

3) iFollow – iFollow is not available for this Friday’s match against QPR as it is live on Sky Sports. This is due to broadcasting rights between the EFL and Sky Sports.

4) iFollow – the iFollow complimentary subscription is only available for those that have purchased a season ticket. We fully appreciate that, at present, corporate season ticket holders and executive box holders can not purchase a season ticket. Rest assured that if we don’t have a solution to allow corporate season ticket holders and executive box holders to purchase this seasons Season Ticket element we will have a work around in place for our next home game against Bournemouth on 3rd October. This work around (if necessary) will only be available if you have purchased the Championship Club Membership.

5) Price of Corporate Season Tickets and Executive Boxes – rest assured we are not going to charge corporate season ticket holders the full equivalent price but not give you access to the lounges, corporate seats/boxes. The pricing will reflect what is available to you at the time fans begin to return to the stadium. The prices previously communicated were simply to indicate that the prices were not going up for you and that they would be the same price as last season i.e. a price-freeze. To be clear we will not be charging you a corporate season ticket price and then not giving you access to the lounges and corporate seats.

6) Bury discount – should you want to take up this option this will be discounted off the season ticket element when the time comes to upgrade from Championship Club Membership.

7) Fans Return to Stadiums – outside of any pilot schemes that may be approved, at present we have no further information from the EFL regarding fans returning to stadiums. When we have this information we will communicate it.

8) Car Parking – car parking information will be communicated closer to the time as and when fans are allowed to begin to return to stadiums.

I hope this helps clarify a number of matters for you. If you have any questions regarding the above and/or other questions please do not hesitate to ask myself and/or Suzette and we will be more than happy to help.

Thank you once again for your patience, understanding and your support last season and again this season.

Malc, yes, it was standard comms, should have gone out to all corporate membership. All sounds reasonable to me.

As a normie I take it I still can’t buy until Thursday or has that changed?

I think you could have bought a membership - also on page one of this thread it says a membership allowed an I follow pass which is not it seems true. Executive boxes are not even allowed season tickets which is a joke.

In fairness, the club has said they are working on it and that premium ST holders won't miss out, either in terms of price once hospitality is sorted or, as I read it, a standard ST should that be the only option.

Sounds like you work in the ticket office. There has been plenty of time to sort this, standard season tickets could be offered As an interim with a priority option to upgrade to premium areas when they are available. They are effectively saying if you had a premium membership last year that you cannot decide to not renew that premium membership and , by the way, you must stay in limbo until TicketMaster get their act together.

Interesting. At least the club are asking...

'Due the game being broadcast on Sky Sports, rights restrictions means that the match will not be available in the UK via iFollow and Match Passes will not be available.

This means that Championship Club Members with a Season Ticket will not be able to watch on iFollow. Coventry City intends to work with the EFL to provide a solution for any future home games for these fans have access to watch any future matches affected.'

I don't think you HAVE to renew, you can downgrade to a normal membership if you wanted to.

They just don't have the facility with Ticket Master to sell posher packages I think?

They have had plenty of time to develop the facility though.
