Can the two new players they signed come in for this, Vassell and Osadebe, free agents is there a cut-off time for signing to play next day?

Wind just picking up on the South Coast and starting to rain a little bit as well. Think Dennis is starting to arrive up this part of the coast. Nothing major though.

Got my Cov top on (albeit under a jumper and coat) before I set off to Fratton Park for that charity work I mentioned earlier

this is a game we would hope to win but their home form is better than many would expect. the fact that they won their last home fixture and did not lose to rotherham suggests a degree of capability. thankfully, footy can frequently be unpredictable, still not got over being 3-0 down, after 15 minutes, to yeovil town at home eventually losing the game 6 - 2. whatever happens today perspective is important. we have lost 3 games and we are in the middle of february. any of the miserabilists complaining that robins has not done this that or the other really ought to spend their saturday afternoons in a gulag.

Shipley getting a start in a long while. Should be out to impress. Surprised Sam keeps his spot.
Shipley always seems to play well when he's had a spell on the bench. Don't know if that's the rest or his eagerness to prove himself but I expect him to score today.

Eagerness I suspect and hope. He has a good patch then gets too comfortable in the team and is a bit sloppy.

Think McCallum will have a good game today. Every time a player gets a bit of criticism they seem to go out and prove everyone wrong this season. Shipley Westbrooke mccallum all agruably with points to prove. Good line up
