Tonight Ipswich (level with us on points) are away at Oxford (one place below us on 39 points) - think a draw here would be the best result leaving us in 4th, still with a game in hand over all the teams around us.

A draw preferable, but if there is to be a winner then I think Oxford are strong and I'd prefer them to lose and keep a small cushion on them. Hopefully the rumours of KR getting touted elsewhere have some substance as it would be nice to see them derailed for a bit. Wycombe are in freefall and I think we have most to fear for automatics from Oxford & Rotherham, but I still wouldn't rule out Sunderland and if either can find any consistency then Pompey and Peterborough come into the mix. Going to be tight and an interesting end to the season imo, I just hope that we're part of it.

You usually see one team rise up the table in the second half of the season - my fear is Portsmouth and Sunderland. I cant see Oxford or Wycombe keeping up myself.

General consensus by both managers the other day was (oxford vs Rotherham) oxford could easily have won that game second half. Even though they were 3 nil down. Oxford are a top top team. Just had to watch them at home vs strong man city team and create more chances than any premier league have done against them.

Well that’s a bit of a false stat as Man City weren’t playing anywhere near their strongest lineup with a 17 year old and 19 year old as their centre backs.

And looking at the stats, they had 18 shots with 5 on target. With the greatest of respect to players at our level they wouldn’t be closing down pot shots from the likes of Matt Taylor as quick as they would be Harry Kane or Mane

No it’s definitely on Oxford vs Ipswich - bloody empty here at St Andrews - looking like a sub 4000 at this rate.

I'm pretty sure we have created more chances than any premier league team have against us as well.
