with all this rain about..
if you're driving along and spot a big puddle up ahead on the road, right next to where a pedestrian is walking on the pavement, is it 'OK' to adjust your speed/direction so that you deliberately soak the poor bastard? And if so, are you choosy about who you soak (i.e. do you show mercy to old people / mums with prams etc) - or do they all 'get it'?

Just don't do it approaching traffic lights!
