I think Pep Guardiola showed respect for Burton and the competition, City are capable of putting 9 past a lot of the current Premiership teams let alone a club half way down division three.

What's more embarrassing is the fact Burton only managed to take 2800 to the biggest game in their history.

A semi-final against Man City, 15 quid a ticket and yet only 2800 go.

Ffs, we would sell 8k in half an hour in that situation.

Always was. Couldn't hold a candle to Bill.
The second leg was fantastic. One I'll never forget attending.
Trakia Plovdiv on the other hand... Trakia Plovdiv? Who are they? ;)
I was at Lilleshall when we thumped plovdiv but i was there watching when we beat the great Bayern munich

We got beat 6-1 by Bayern Munich a great team at the time many years ago in the first leg - beat them 2-1 at Highfield Road in the return - everyone forgot about the first leg when we won 2-1 we were on top of the world

Round way wrong !

Come on, that is some arrogant shit. Burton is a small town and we are a big city that took 750 to Scunthorpe last weekend. Now that is shit support.
Burton were at Bedworth level not too long ago.

No it isn't. First leg defeat was in Germany.
Yes it was. The crowd was expected to be 40000plus but only 26000 turned up because of the first leg result. Bloody good game to these ten year olds eyes and those brilliant Germans were hanging on at times.

They're a tiny club in a small town, 2800 is the equivalent 5 or 6k Cov at least

Just realised I was seventeen. Could have sworn I was much younger. Tempus fugit, and I lose track .

Even in those days to get 27000 to a pretty well meaningless second leg was brilliant Bayern fielded all their superstars and believe me they wanted to win

If Bedworth were there, the whole town would be out in force. Just like when Nuneaton took thousands to Middlesbrough all those years back.
