I always wonder how he asks some of the questions and says some of the things. Reminds me of a kid saying whatever they think

I want to see his scientology movie but its only been shown at film festivals so far as they are struggling to get distribution. Bit odd given his popularity and it comes under BBC Films. Conspiracy theory time!

The man certainly has some guts. He was being interviewed on something the other day and said he tried to make a doc on ISIS but it became too dangerous, people they talked to kept either getting arrested or disappearing!

It's an easy trap to fall into though

I'm it's a hairs breadth between enjoying a drink and needing one

I used to work with a guy who drank a bottle of red wine every night during the week, but he couldn't tell you what he had from a Thursday night to a Monday morning
He was drink dependent but comfortable with it and I suppose in denial
And it was a shame because he was a great guy intelligent, charming, affable great company
But he was also shy and insecure I suppose the alcohol was a balance

Feel sorry for Joe.
Jesus that was heartbreaking he seemed a great guy when he was sober

Only my opinion but when he said he wanted rehab there shouldn't have been a delay he should have been took straight away

What an incredibly sad program. It must be hard to make programs like that and just remain an observer. There's a Stacey Dooley one on BBC3 at the moment about refugees which is hard going as well.

Absolutely right. For rehab to work you have to want to do it, the window where a drink or drug addict feels like that can be very short. As soon as they feel that way they should be straight in not waiting, in some cases, years on a list.

And even then I think he only got admitted because Louis was there with a camera.

When Joe bought back the water, whether it was staged or not , was possibly the most heartbreaking thing i've ever seen.
Was fantastic documentary making , Louis has never done a bad one, I love his innocent child questioning whilst hiding his high intelligence . Everyone falls for his charm.
Banging pair of spectacles too lol .

I would imagine that gary twat will have trouble from locals from now on

he's doing a follow up, i would imagine it'll be the last in this current run, he reckons there is loads of stuff he was told to cut from that original show, plus a lot more they didnt go into

should be very interesting

Yes and he said he always regretted that one as he felt he let Saville off the hook. Said he should have probed a bit deeper when Saville got defensive or changed the subject on things like relationships with women.
