We need a manager who can coach and bring on the kids.

We need fans who say fuck it, we are going to enjoy it whatrever...even if it means just appreciating the opposition.

Fans are the twelfth player on the pitch....so how good are you lot?

Fans are a funny lot. Alot of those leading the calls for TM to be sacked last season kept singling Walsall out as an example of what a manager can achieve on a limited budget blissfully ignorant to the fact that it had took Dean Smith year's to achieve and build that and not the few months that they were only willing to give TM to achieve the same.

Most seem to be on the other side

You can carve stats up as you like. We've had a mediocre start to this season. I won't judge Mowbray until the end of this season and even then, it's on the basis of 'are we moving forward' - I think the signings of the likes of Jones and Turnbull (and hopefully Sordell proves a hit in the end, it's still early days) are thinking beyond this season which is what the club really really needs. If we don't go up this season, hopefully we retain the nucleus of a young side to mount a genuine challenge next season. This is a hard sell to fans, but, we must think a bit longer term. Burton, for example, didn't just magically turn into a promotion winning team, it was carefully built over seasons, with a fairly settled squad and avoiding changing managers apart from where theres were poached!

Word for word completely agree

To be fair Robins didn't do too badly in terms of Inheriting a division three team

When has there ever been building from season to season while SISU have been owners? We all know that at the end of every season, the loanees go back, a couple of dissatisfied players leave and our best talent is poached. Then we start re-building again. There is no continuity and I cannot forsee this cycle being broken.

That team apart from 3 or 4 players is shite.

2-3 were poor at this level the rest were or are still quite good at this level
So you had that plus DMC on fire

No most were shite and also a lot of them were frozen out by robins. Sheffield United are experiencing how shite one of them is now. Jennings was crap, Elliot awful, McDonald crap, kilbane retired, macsheffrey past it and oddly your team he inherited has no centre halves.

Oh dear.

Luckily it wasn't a team it was a just a list of reasonable players that Robins inherited.
Otherwise it really would have been all out attack
oh dear

You said Willis. He played one game. You didn't mention the two centre halves he inherited - why?

Hussey I think made 2 appearances for the club after he took over.

By the middle of the season only Murphy played of the team that played the first game - the team was totally changed. That's because the team was shite. Why mention players who never even played? I don't get it. It's almost as if you are researching rather than speaking as a genuine fan.

You are not really getting the bit about listing the decent players he inherited are you.

Regarding Hussey If Robins didn't pick him that doesn't mean he isn't a decent player at this level.

DMC returned because he was too good.

Baker has proved his worth at this level well and truely

As did McDonald with his 1 in 2 goal ratio at this level

Murphy was class at this level

McSheffrey did a job at this level

Christie was better than this level

Willis was young put still quality even at that age

Jennings was solid at this level

The only ones that you could possibly debate from that list are Kilbane and Elliot

Far from what you said 'apart from Mcgoldrick a basket case'
Which just clearly as usual isn't true

Most of those players were gash. I'm genuinely beginning to wonder if you've even seen a ccfc game - most of those players were shite or not proven

Willis had played 3 games so he wasn't pure quality

McDonald was shite

Hussey was shite and still is looking at the Sheffield forum

Jennings was shite

Mcsheffrey was past it

They were all rubbish

Why have you not included Malaga? You really rated him didn't you?
