Torp needs time to get used to the pace of games in this league but when he gets there he'll be a cracking addition. Got to get in some extra cover in central midfield now.

If this performance is down to tiredness I do worry about the next few weeks.
How can it be tiredness

Draw just about a fair result. We weren’t at our best. No need for that celebration from Simms, not going to get our backing if he carries on with that.

Hopefully sheaf won’t be out for too long. Torp looks a very good player once he gets used to the speed of the league.

take the point and move on, still on a very good undefeated run and my lucky pants are still going strong!
He can put those fingers anywhere if he's scoring goals

It’s simple morons that keep giving him shit but can’t take it back. I liked his celebration

Yeh he was still pretty clumsy but way more involved

Glad he scored even if it was an open goal. But we still need a better striker because neither Simms or Godden fit the bill to be honest.

Neither team deserved all 3. Many below average shows tonight, I think that’s van Ewijk’s worst game. Very happy that Simms got on the scoresheet, he really should be starting on Saturday. Sheaf massive loss, and unfortunately I think we get thumped at Carrow Rd.

Who cares if Simms shushed our simple fans , honestly how fragile are some

Nah, it is a shit move.

We pay his wages and he hasn't been good enough. If he was getting criticism and it wasn't deserved you could defend it a bit. Even Godden, who I usually defend to the hilt, pissed me off when he did it. He hadn't been playing well at the time (despite his previous goal record), and he should be above doing stuff like that too. We are a great bunch of fans and get behind the team really well. There's no need.

If we could get another striker in I'd let Godden go tomorrow tbh. I trust the staff to improve Simms, mainly the mental side I think with him.

One of those games. Just about grabbed a draw. Main points - bizarre replacing Sheaf with Latibeaudiere. If Torp can’t do 80 I’d rather have seen Allen. Simms starts ahead of Godden just on presence alone but that’s about it. Kitching superb. Sakamoto and Van Ewijk v good. Torp will be a big addition when fit.

Hindsight summary
Allen has been woeful for weeks

“We pay his wages”

The mating call of an arse. You don’t pay anyone’s wages and even if you did it doesn’t give you a right to be a nob. “Should be above doing stuff like that” give over.

What is it with our strikers doing wonky celebrations? Can only think they're directed at our own fans, since they're hardly famous enough to get any media attention. And I can't think of anything the fans have done, other than perhaps twitter nonsense.

Bit delicate mate , you seen the absolute gash our fans aim at our players on socials ?

Suck it up

Robins gonna blame tiredness?
Sheaf?
Suppose if we defend better we win
Bit of steel to equalise after going behind with less than 10 left

Bollocks is he.

He's been getting rightfully questioned - but also had a lot of support from the majority who have been willing him to do well.

If that's going to be his attitude he can fuck off.
I don't mind what he does to celebrate.

His goals have been few and far between, so if that goal gives him a boost and he kicks on then great.

He's had some proper stick, and it's been deserved imo, but if he wants to do that when he does score I'm sure we can take it.

Let's hope we see it a bit more often.

We might lose but I don't really think we're the kind of team to get thumped these days. Whens the last time we even were thumped? Not this season for sure... guessing Stoke at home last season.

1 loss in 16 in all comps I think.

It may not have clicked today but this team is resilient and refuses to give up, even when we go behind.

A draw, given how we played and how Brizzle pushed us hard all the way to the end, is a fair result. Other teams would’ve wasted time and tried to see that out.
