Clicking through links on the page you get to here.

https://www.gov.uk/government/consultations/assisted-areas-map-2014-to-2020-stage-2

According to the excel doc that downloads, Longford is included!

Longford is noted as a 'c' area for the 14-20 programme (I.e. In the future) The 'a' areas are those that are explicitly permitted greater state support for companies.

That said, the document you refer to is about using government or European aid for development. It isn't about refinancing a mortgage.

Debt, assets, profits and future profits is what ACL has. Debt and fook all else is the outlook for CCFC whilst them jokers are in charge of our club. Massive difference Fern, but you know this.

Which assets are these?

What profits?

I know ccfc have got fuck all, they'll always have fuck all unless some lunatic with more money than sense takes over.

You are just acting thick. How unusual.

So if the ACL statement was false about the police costs being included in the match day costs on the free rent and 150k offer why didn't SISU say anything when they even made threats when someone added a link to a newspaper article? Why didn't they threaten ACL with litigation for it?

Astute the link you made was from an article about an offer to the administrator and available ONLY while the club was in administration. It says it in the article, the article you showed us a link to! As soon as we were out of administration that particular offer was not there. It was the terms offered in the final 3 games of the season we were there - an offer to the administrator.

If the offer was made at a different time and for different means why did Joy turn it down at the start of December 2013? If it was down to Appleton why did Joy get a say in it?

What profits? When did they last make a loss? They have been in profit for years now, including without rent from our football club it seems.

They made a profit in the year ending May 2012 of just over £1m. Included in that year was £1.2m in rent and 20+ matches from which to gain income.
The year before it was around £400k which in fairness does show year on year growth.

There was another offer made December 2013 directly to Seppala.

Sisu boss Joy Seppala turned down a deal which could have brought the Sky Blues back to the Ricoh – rent-free for the rest of the season. The offer was made by ACL before council leader Ann Lucas met for talks with Sisu boss Seppala.
It is understood the proposal could have seen the Sky Blues play rent free until the end of this season – and £100,000 for each of the next two seasons if they remained in League One.

Where are these buyers going to appear from?

Buyers come out of the woodwork for any fire sale, in any business regardless of whether that business is a good one or not, but usually just at the right time, else they would have to pay more if they played their hand to early. As you quite rightly keep saying, we were in the shit long before our current shower of shit owners came along but they still came along at what they deemed the right time, unfortunately for us. Wished we had gone into admin back then, maybe things would be a lot different now.

She didn't they were different offers - oddly the June offer to the administrator was leaked in all its glory to the press - the details of the "free" offer has appeared on the trust Q and A website but not the cost breakdown. Either way ACL have acknowledged that the deal made to Otium excludes policing. Your link is dated June and is offered to the administrator. I would assume the administrator would not be able to pay police costs independently hence the wording of the document.

For those not following Simon on twitter Seppala is there, 5 lawyers for CCFC, 3 for the council. Seppalas statement is 100 pages!

CCFC want access to documents for 'context'. If they win today JR will likely be delayed.

Yep. Administration then would probably mean Highfield Rd now.

Judge asking why it's been left so late, SISU blame Higgs!

So when Higgs are in court they blame CCC and when CCC are in court they blame Higgs. And they need 5 legal people to to that!

Very Late ,and now potential further delay .

What's the game .

I personally don't think they have much confidence .

Seems It's more a vehicle to throw mud, coupled with the recent Huddle groups and their reluctance to communicate what they were told .

Anything Libelous said per chance?

Circumvent the Trust ,spread the Gospel ,This Is SISU PR.

SISU are after documents relating to Mutton and Duggins. SISU say there were victim of a 'secret plan'

Request for meeting minutes when ACL loan was approved shows no minutes were kept. Notes were taken by individual councillors.

All playground stuff, I wish they'd just let them all in a darkened room and let them get on with it, my guess is ML is the first one on his arse.
