really surprised more festa fans havent been here before now,it not like their boards were invaded by cov fans when they were heading for relegation :D..but as someone said, their disappointment this season far outweighs ours in terms of pre season optimism..where as most cov fans were expecting...

sorry,but i never said we should be getting gates of 3000....i merely said 13000 die hards is not bad when you look at our history...its ok playing in the prem/div 1 week in week out,but when you,re getting beat most weeks,its hard to find the enthusiasm...no top 6 finish since 1970 just about...

there has always been a rivalry between us and molester city,i remember going to filbert st.in the mid 70s and seeing lots of fighting in the ground,and when we played them here in the 80s and 90s there were often big mobs of fester fans getting off the midland red buses on the ansty/walsgrave...

gotta say the 1st thing i thought when i read this thread is i bet hes not very old...not takin the piss but i used to feel the same when i was in my teens,but after following the city for 30 odd years has made me an old cynic..and this season more than any other i really think we are in big...
