No, £10m is the fee, that would be guaranteed, but you'd never get that up front, it would be phased. Add ons are add ons, you may never receive those.

Nice way to grab an extra £8m if based on profit!

Also perspective is good. There were teams last season much better than our own that got to where they were with players nowhere near as good as Hamer.

If we can get someone who is even 60% the player he was that can do the basics very well, we’re still an improvement overall IMO

Yep and whilst I accept that players have to want to improve the common thread with gus and vik has been mark and adi

We now have a number of young players with potential to be the next gus and vik
